Was a very nice hotel and the room was good just had lots of stains on furniture and carpets but otherwise we had a great time
-
The swimming pool was by reservation only due to small size which was fine. No towels and when requested still no towels. Minor annoyance but walking around dripping while others were all dry in elevator

My sister and I stayed here to see BTS at M&T Bank Stadium, and the stay was better than we expected. It wasn't just because of all the 'freebies' we got from the ARMY (which we are too) but the hotel staff was also very kind. The room we got was nice and very spacious and we had no problem getting a good sleep. We were also impressed by the hotel breakfast. Of course it was the standard breakfast fare but it was served fresh every morning which was great. The hotel pool was great and my sister really liked it. Best of all the place was in a good neighborhood, across the street from a nice bakery. We haven't been to Baltimore in years, but it's a nice walkable city and we definitely did a lot of walking. Next time I'm in Baltimore hopefully I can stay back to Hyatt Place. Thanks to the staff...and of course ARMY for one of my fave trips ever!

It was a really nice and clean room, beautiful bathroom, right near some amazing stores! Overall, would recommend and would stay again.

We have stayed at this property every time that we visit Baltimore. The staff is very friendly, and rooms are spacious and more importantly clean. We have enjoyed using the gym as well. We will continue to use this hotel in the future.

The location was good Additional hidden charges that were added after check-in. Our room was paid and full in advance. When we arrived after the 4 pm check in time our room was not ready. And then when we checked out a day early and requested a refund for the unused day. A manager by the name of Mr. Lawrence told us that we would not be receiving a refund because it was non-refundable at no point did he provide a policy that stated the unused day would be non refundable? Even when I asked to be shown, the policy where it stated that unused day would be non refundable.

Stayed 2 nights for a concert. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, especially being fully booked and all the fans coming in and out. The room was very spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved how around the sink there was space to put my toiletries/makeup. Great things close by in the area as well and easy to get to places via transit/car. The parking fee is a bit exorbitant, but I get it given the proximity to the harbor, but there were other cheaper options nearby so it wasn't terrible.

The gym was in good working order, there was breakfast, there was AC.

We arrived late after a long day. One staff member wasn't so helpful, but the other one made up for it. Made us feel very welcome and explained things to us. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to good places to eat and bus stops

Always good breakfasts.

The breakfast was good as the offered many options. The location as it relates to convenient walking distance was a plus. Driving downtown is horrible. If your not careful and accident can happen fast. The downtown area is congested and the roads are very narrow. Parking at this hotel is horrible, but due to the heavy traffic downtown and no service from valet assistant. While booking, I assumed parking was not going to be difficult. I attempted Valet parking, but the parking assistant told me to move my vehicle and park in the garage behind the building, on the next street over. Although this option was cheaper, I was very frustrated with the process. The checking process was the best. The custimersercice at the hotel can improve.

Staff professional, friendly and helpful. Room well appointed and spacious. Great walkable location. Adequate breakfast buffet. Ice maker didn't work on our floor. Weird that you have to make a reservation for the pool. Otherwise, satisfied and would stay again.

Hotel was clean, convenient and had a friendly, helpful staff. Did not pay for valet parking, there a nearby garage, literally right behind the hotel, which was self pay $5/per entry. Super easy. Inner harbor and tons of great restaurants were within easy walking distance. Would stay again.
