The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They were also very pleasant. The breakfast was fine and the breakfast staff went above and beyond in service and in keeping the breakfast area clean. Unfortunately the location was not the best and the rooms were slightly dated, but the hotel was within walking distance to many places.

Passable

The deadbolt didn't work. The floor was sticky, filthy and uneven. The furniture was falling apart. The knob on the bathroom light switch was missing. It sounded like gunfire at night, cars racing, police sirens. There were people arguing in the hallway in the middle of the night. The parking garage was way down the street in a bad neighborhood. I've never stayed in a worse hotel or neighborhood. I will never stay in another La Quinta if this is what they put their name on. The chair was shredded. The front of the end table was ripped off. If you value your safety, you won't stay here.

Nothing. My experience at this hotel was horrible and nothing like what was shown on the website. The location felt extremely unsafe, and we were genuinely afraid to even get out of the car. The room was disgustingly filthy. There was trash left behind by previous guests, and there were practically no amenities. The towels provided were dirty, and even the replacement towels we requested were heavily stained to the point that they were gray/brown and had stains from who knows what. Multiple things in the room did not work. The doors did not properly lock, the TV did not work, and the Wi-Fi did not work. The website also stated that parking was free, but we were charged for parking, and the parking area itself did not feel safe. The entire building smelled strongly of cat urine — and that is honestly the nicest way I can describe it. The walls, desks, and other surfaces were stained, scratched, chipped, and peeling. The overall condition of the property was completely unacceptable. For the amount of money we paid, this was an absolute waste. The pictures and description on the website were extremely misleading compared to what we actually experienced. I would not recommend staying here and honestly feel like we were scammed.

Truth be told we didn’t even stay at yeh hotel we checked in and 30 minutes later we checked out. My family and I didn’t feel safe in the area. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned the bathroom door had many colors to it also the paint was chipping and peeling away Room was very stuffy and very hot. I also believe elevator ha just started working again

Unsafe and dilapidated!

They say there’s parking but NO It’s street parking or parking garages on the block. They do not own them Parked there and it’s $20 a day Pulled in and still got a ticket for $78. The garage closes at 6:30pm and you have no access to your vehicle. The area is rough, in the middle of Baltimore so it’s not for everyone. The room was not two queens they were fulls for sure. Floor boards all coming up and cutting our feet. Shower was rusty Good things - fridge in room - microwave - no bugs - clean sheets - air worked - it smelled really good - breakfast was edible

No limpiaban la habitación, sillas rotas olor un poco fuerte, receptáculos dañados, piso pegajoso… área fuera del hotel muy descuidado, la tarjeta de entrada se desprogramaba.

The room didn’t lock there were no queen beds. The room was hot. When we arrived phone didn’t work we had to fix it. Tv didn’t work either. Also went to plug in curling iron in and plug wouldn’t work so staff came to check it out told us they were coming back to fix it and never did.

Exceptional

There was a homeless man wondering the lobby and building. The room was in terrible shape, toilet wouldn’t flush. Staff was extremely unhelpful and clearly did not care about customer experience. Travelocity was unhelpful and could not force a refund.
-
Very rough section of town. Noisy outside. In room coffee machine did not work. Charged the wrong credit card. Did not advertise the hours for the continental breakfast. Did not offer a receipt; I had to ask twice. Door to our room was damaged.

Beware of this hotel!! They keep your deposit making up damages that never occurred! I am still in shock and can believe they are actually doing this. I have never damaged anything in a hotel in my life and certainly not this time either. Beware of this hotel and its fraudulent practices!
