Solid, affordable, cool haunting and historic aesthetic though the place is obviously falling apart

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The bathroom could be a little more upgraded, but minor. I did have a minor issue with the housekeeping staff when I asked for more towels; she said no, but it could have been a language barrier. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay at the hotel again and would recommend it to others.

Very cool historic hotel close to Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. Even though it’s older, it’s well maintained. Rooms were modern. It was clean. Bar was really cool. Didn’t see any ghosts this time around.

Hotel is clean but a little dated if your looking for modern amenities
-
Very nice room with good proximity to both Camden Yards and Inner Harbor!
-
Front desk person not super friendly but online check in and check out made it quick
-
Place was dated but overall good enough and clean enough. Bed were very comfy

The pictures aren’t truthful. Very outdated. Location is a terrible neighborhood. I felt terrible even showering or sleeping there.

Loved the name of the hotel, the convenient location and the cool lobby and bar

I had stated this hotel multiple times and I have not been disappointed. There is a magic to this old hotel that you can't get anywhere else and I'm glad to see that there's still around providing an awesome service. I had a very comfortable stay and I received excellent service. Please stop providing gold peak ice tea because it is absolute garbage. It is not enough to have good food but the beverages have to matter too. Gold tea is a very cheap low quality blend of tea made by Coca Cola and it shows. Other than that you have a great service and I'm happy to stay with you again.

Beautiful, well-maintained hotel in the heart of Baltimore. Large room with comfortable bedding. Friendly front desk and security staff. A 10-15 minute walk to Camden Yards, which wasn’t too bad during the daylight hours. Valet ($50 per night) parking is seemingly your only option if you have a vehicle as there is no parking lot. There’s a nice bar and small cafe within the hotel.

Room rate had spiked due to the event. Room was very spacious and conveniently had a refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, tv, free wifi, and hairdryer. Room was dated; Tub tile grout was blackened and frosted bathroom window had large scratches in it which allow people outside to peek through which was concerning. Electrical outlets were lacking and the one in the bathroom did not work. Bed was fine. Hotel was 25-30 minute walk to M&T stadium. Given the large concert crowds I felt ok walking to and from the stadium but would not have otherwise as the area is sketchy. Not close to eateries although restaurant in the lobby (which I didn't get to try). 10 minute uber ride to Amtrak station. Staff courtesy was a mix. Some very polite and friendly, others ignored you and made you wait at check in. Very helpful after concert to allow guests to use back elevator due to long lines. Learned when I got there that this is one of the top 5 most haunted hotels in the USA but I didn't notice anything (thankfully).

Went to see bts at m&t stadium and this hotel was a great choice to stay. I was able to check in early which was so convenient. I love that they have valet parking as well. Definitely would stay here again if I have an event at the stadium to go to.

This place was very dirty. The tub had a thick layer of clack sludge in it. Not sure if they dumped a dirty mop bucket in it or what, but gross! We had to have housekeeping come clean it. Everything just felt gross and I would never stay here again!

The lobby is beautiful. The staff were very nice, and helpful. The room was very nice. My only comment was that everything seems to have been newer, except the shower tile. Everything seems to be updated, but the shower tile looked old and dated and did not match the updated materials everywhere else. It's not a major thing, and does not affect your stay, but it looked out of place.

Nice clean room for 1 night stay
