Could be better. Issues with lighting, room temperature control, prices added for garage parking, tax, surcharge and other annoying charges. Did not expect $181.00 final charge for one night and needed better clarity on that.

The carpet is like a wet mop.

Hot water was horrible and had to wait forever to warm up. Pool wasn’t even open in August! Our room door had an empty hole where the peep hole should have been so we had to cover it up for privacy. Staff was very nice though.

Very tired, staff seemed apathetic and indolent . Check-in was a bit chaotic with no clear explanation regarding parking. The place feels tired and in need of a refurb but the location was good but wouldn’t be rushing to stay again

Room was cleanish no problems there. Free breakfast was cleaned and gone by 9:30am on a Sunday 🤔 Parking was right next door and free which was sweet. Only real bad thing was the hotel is a little on the older side and it smelled like ganja everywhere. **Also, the fire alarm was triggered at 1:30AM!!! and we had to evacuate** Front desk said it was a mistake and BCFD was notified but they still arrived to check things out. I imagine it was an emergency door or someone smoking in a prohibited place that triggered the alarm. But still sub optimum for sure. Great walking distance to Camden Yards (Solid 5 mins) and the National Aquarium (Solid 10 minutes).

The room was clean, AC sufficient but fan constantly turns on and off making it difficult to sleep. No pool or restaurant/bar. Would possible stay here again for the price but the wait to check in was terrible. We had to wait in line for 30 minutes.

No air in the lobby. The carpet and headboards in the room needed replaced. Very convienant to go to an orioles game. Loved the parking garage.

The first red flag was the air conditioning not working in the lobby, in August. The staff was clearly sweating. I stayed in my room for maybe 10 minutes before I left. The nightstand was sticky, there was hair in the bed when I pulled back the covers, and it was 75° in my room when I arrived. I was going to go downstairs and ask them to change rooms, but then I saw a mouse run past my bed and decided I couldn't stay there.

Air conditioning was broken , lied to by staff for hours until they finally came out and said the rooms were not cleaned only to check in after midnight to a dirty room . The pool was covered and overgrown .

There was old fried chicken in the microwave and the bed was made, but the sheets were not cleaned. They seemed to be previously used. Air conditioning was poor.

I left some of my property in my room and CANNOT get ahold of anyone at the hotel to retrieve it

We had executive room, which was ok for one night, but the water pressure was next to nothing and the shower in the ceiling was falling down. The bed was fine as well as the AC worked really well. When we booked, it said parking $38 but it was $50. They are very strict about check in time of 3:00. The outside is very dirty, but the hotel is so close to Camden Yards. This hotel has good bones and could be a great hotel if fixed up and maintained. Wyndham could charge double rates if they got their act together.

My Tv didn't work, I didn't report it because that wasn't a big deal for me. I was only staying one night.

Excellent location for the stadiums and to the inner harbor area,just didn't know that breakfast was over earlier than I expected and really only consisted of pastries I thought it was an actual breakfast but other than that it was good

First night rhe water in the shower was cold but other than that everything was fine based on the price range

Not so friendly nor helpful staffs, specifically the front desk. They could’ve handled the situation better, instead they went to the backroom leaving the check in guest confused and bewildered as to what is happening. Even tho they came back much so later, that doesn’t change the fact that they are undertrained and can’t handle certain situations.

Easy checkin, clean room, and comfortable beds. Would have liked one more pillow per bed so each person could have 2 pillows but that’s just me being picky.
