Rooms were updated from previous year. Looks very nice & clean. Down side was only one elevator was operational. There was a long wait for the elevator after the Orioles game.
-
They operated one of four elevators most of the time and randomly two of the four

It was very busy the day I checked in. The lines move fast but I was not told anything about the hotel at check in. I later asked about breakfast. Breakfast was nice. Food was good. The room was easy to find.

Everything was great.

We had such a wonderful stay! The entire staff was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. The level of customer service really stood out and made our stay that much more enjoyable. It’s rare to find a hotel where the entire team is this wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our room was clean and newly renovated. Staff is ok at the front desk. She seemed distracted when checking us in.

They did some maintenance on the hotel and everything looks great. The rooms are nice, shower is lovely, and the building is more secure. The restaurants and the market are a big plus. Will definitely stay here again. One thing that they do need in the rooms are a microwave. Had to go downstairs and use the microwave in the market. If you want to go to see the Orioles and Ravens play this is a great hotel. If you want to explore Baltimore this is a great hotel. It is right by the MARC train in Camden and close to light rail.

Beautiful and clean room

Very nice hotel. Although we didn't get the room we had booked, the staffwas very accommodating and fixed the problem right away to a very nice upgrade room. A mistake is just what it is "a mistake ". Things happen and my husband and I both were in no way upset about it. The staff was pleasant and kind. The sign in the lobby did say that the hotel is going through something renovations. Still a very nice hotel. I have stayed at this location numerous times in the past. So yes I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent hotel

They need to get the cleaning in order. My room wasn't cleaned well and I had to wipe everything down. There was peices of paper and glitter on the floor, no trash bags in the trash cans or tissues in the tissue holder.

If you're doing anything in the Camden Yard/Inner Harbor area, this is a great place to stay. Everything is easily walkable and convenient. Not many breakfast spots meaning your best bet is the hotel restaurant. (The breakfast was good but typically pricy being that it was in the hotel.) Everything else is covered. My key card kept losing access to my room. It would work in the elevator and other doors, just not my room. We even had it rekeyed and would work once, then not again. Luckily my family member's worked.

I am still waiting to hear back from Booking.com regarding my request for a full refund. We were unable to check-in do to the 2+ hour long wait to check-in that day. We arrived to check-in at 4pm like we were instructed but the line to check-in was wrapped around the lobby. After waiting almost 2 hours, we had to leave or we would have missed our concert, which was the reason we made hotel accommodations. After the concert, we attempted to check-in again but the line was once again wrapped around the lobby. It was after midnight and we had young children with us, so we made the decision to drive back home which was almost an hour long commute and very inconvenient for our family. I reached out on Sunday, 7/19 but still have not received confirmation that my refund is being processed at this time. Please confirm as soon as possible. Thank you.

One of the worst Marriot's I have ever stayed at. Stayed 4 nights for the BTS concert + had to wait hours in line to check in - which after reading prior reviews you would think they would have been better equipped. Only had 1-2 staff ever working the counter which made the lines worse, which stunk if you only needed room service, extra towels, etc. etc. Rooms air conditioning barely worked - the first night it didn't work at all! I was able to mess with the wall unit long enough the 2nd day to make it draw out the humidity in the room - but even then it wasn't cooling. The room was okay but the bathroom was very dated + rust in the bathtub. Purposefully booked this hotel for the walking distance to the stadium but wont choose this hotel again.

Would have liked more choices on the buffet
-
the room was nice and comfy the price due to the BTS concert, the prices were ridiculous
