Our group chose to stay at this location due to its proximity to Camden Yards. With a location adjacent to the stadium you would think the hotel was well versed in handling crowds. NOPE!! Oh you paid for an early “2pm” check in…NOPE try 11:45pm. (yes…I said PM…and people still didn’t get the rooms they reserved) “Oh you want towels in your room??” NOPE. Here friend group of 6 travelers…just everyone squeeze into this one lone room (complete with renovation painters tape marks noting items that still need to be fixed)…just make it work…Ohhhh some people paid $420 while others in the group booked for $250….Chaos…Havoc…messy! This is only 1/2 of my complaints…never again!!

It seems the hotel is being slowly remodeled, however, the AC in our room did not work. Was told nonsense about it not effectively working when set at 60 and it would work when set at 65. Finally moved to new room with marginally better AC after 10 pm. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Walking distance to Camden Yards.

Great location to go to Ravens or Oriole's games. Close walk to the harbor. Still renovating, but very nice.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy and provided a great night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

The portion of the property that I stayed in was beautiful, freshly renovated. The hotel is currently under renovation so that should be a consideration, but for me it wasn't an issue.

During my most recent stay I spent far too much time attempting to find a working ice machine. First day there wasn't a single functioning machine on the floors so I had to traipse down to the lobby bar to obtain ice. Long and short of it ...I'll never book your hotel again.

When they returned to the hotel, they were told the king room with a sofa bed wasn't available, so they gave them a room with a single king bed. When they went to the room, the ac was off and the air filters were out laying on the floor (we have photos) The ac wouldn't turn on. It appeared the maintance had been working on the room and had left. The room was too hot to sleep in so they went downstairs to the front desk. They didn't offer them another room.

Guests roaming hallways and noisy after midnight. I would not stay at this location again.
