Great location

Convenient to Oriole Park!

It’s was nice. Clean. Staff was not social at all. Check in was painful. Arrived at 3:15. Room was not ready, which was ok because check in was 4pm. Checked back at 4. Not ready. Room was not ready until 5:30. Was told they would call out text when ready. They never did. I had to keep checking.

Proximity to Camden Yards was by far the best thing! Next was that the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful! Parking was double the amount and when I went to the front desk they did nothing to remedy it and passed the buck to the parking garage company.

Rooms are immaculate, beds are extremely comfortable with down comforters and down pillows, coffee machine and mini fridge. Staff are kind and very personable. The view of Baltimore and Camden Yards was spectacular. Gym, sauna, hot tub and indoor pool on site. Attached parking garage

In town for a concert! Location was perfect and within walking distance to M&T Stadium! The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful! The Housekeeping staff on our floor (room 1101) was fantastic and very pleasant! Our room was clean and bed was comfortable! We also had a great view from our room overlooking Camden Yards and M&T Stadium! Highly recommend!

I liked everything about it but thought for the cost of the room the breakfast buffet was exorbitant. Staff was very helpful in changing my room needs.

Location was great because we could walk over to see the baseball game. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable

Hotel was nice, restaurant and coffee shop on site were both good. Staff friendly and helpful. When we arrived there was water outside the lobby for people to have which was great and what I have experienced in other hotels. They however removed it after the 4 pm check in and water was no longer available for the guests to take at their leisure . I have been to hotels that always leave water outside for guests and i think its a nice touch. Also, the shower water came out brown. I kept it running for 10 minutes and didn’t improve. I went to front desk and they said yes the town was doing some work and they recommended running the water for a long time. I didn’t have time to do that. I understand they couldn’t control the situation however, they should have offered guests a discount for the inconvenience.

Perfect stay for our visit to Camden yards! The staff was welcoming and friendly. I wasn’t aware of the daily parking charge of $30, don’t remember seeing it on the website, but I may have overlooked it!

Great location. Friendly staff

Housekeeping were kind and helpful but other staff not much. At check in I was happy to get our room, but then during the day my credit card kept getting hit with charges for potential incidentals - multiple times including while I was sitting at a concert. Also, sadly a key amenity we picked this hotel for was the lap swimming pool, however, in the morning when my competitive swimmer son went to use it, it was closed. I went to the front desk to find out both about the multiple incidental charges and about the pool, but the front desk admitted that the charges had been added more times than necessary but said that the charges were "just in case" and would go away eventually. The front desk also had no idea about the pool and made no effort to call anyone. We checked the pool several times that day but the closed sign was still up and no one had information. Checking out the next day we found out that there had been a problem with the pool but it had been solved relatively quickly but they forgot to take down the closed sign. Elevators were very slow and several repeatedly didn't work but lacked signage or information. Misinformation and lack of care or effort was really frustrating. Nice building and location, but I've had much better quality service elsewhere.

First off, the locationis top tier! Minutes walk from the harbor, across the street from Camden Yard, absolutely phenomenal! The decor, layout, staff, breakfast, bar was stellar as well! Then the sunrise over the stadium the next morning was the icing on the cake! 10/10 homerun experience! Unsure if valet service was offered or not, but the parking deck was the only dislike if there could have been any... the fact that they had a private parking deck was great, however a valet service would make the stay even more seamless.

The room was very dirty and someone’s hair was all over the room. It looked like it was cleaned before we got in our room.

Great spot to come to watch a baseball game at Camden Yards, it’s 50’ away from the entrance. I just wish since i stayed at the hotel that the parking was included
