Sonesta Hotel Baltimore Inner Harbor

The front desk was super nice and helpful. The room was super nice and right in the center of Baltimore and walking distance to everything. TV is nice and beds were awesome. Would love to go back.

So on the second day I went to the desk in the morning (we were not going to subject ourselves to another breakfast fiasco) to ask for some coffee pods and cups - since our room wasn't serviced the day before and mentioned our room not being cleaned and the desk person (who we checked in with) said, "Did you ask for service when you checked in?) Well we weren't told this. Admonishment first thing in morning - way to treat a guest!

No breakfast included. Just coffee in room. They have an attached restaurant, not included with hotel. No pamphlets on local stuff or transportation. Do not drive around. Its crazy drivers and one-way streets.Walk around only near harbor. Saw drugged people on street at night and day and homeless people. The staff was excellent but Noone cleaned our room when being gone all day. Never saw a cleaning person on floors,except main floor. No microwave in rooms on 3rd floor. Must use one near ice machine. They do however except dogs. And have a dog park kiddie corner from building.

Bonus Feature: When you turn on the bathroom light, the ceiling fan plays a little celebratory tune. I asked at the front desk if my room was special, but apparently everyone gets the same treatment.

Very nice room, clean, very quiet. Highly recommend. Staff was very friendly. We used valet parking, great service.

During our stay, housekeeping never came by, not even once. The valet service was terrible. On our first day, it would have taken 45 minutes just for the valet to park our car, so we ended up parking in a nearby garage for the rest of our stay because the service was so slow. The sheets were also disgusting. Don't stay here. Just choose another hotel.

Coffee in the room is terrible. Could at least offer coffee in the lobby in the morning. Pillows and bed was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. I'll probably stay somewhere else next time. Valet parking was efficient and friendly. Also our room smelled very strongly of weed.

The check-in and check out were a breeze. The staff was very helpful. Although I had a non smoking room, it smelled like smoke when I got there. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair in the shower, on the floor, in the sink, and in one of the towels. The water pressure in the sink and shower were bad. I didn’t know hotels stopped doing automatic cleaning every day. I was there for four nights, and it was never done. I guess it has to be requested now. It was in a very convenient location. The hotel restaurant was AMAZING. I loved Victorius restaurant. I ate there twice during my stay. Overall the stay was decent.
