Great location was close to harbor and Camden park we were in the area for an orioles game. Front desk was super nice and helpful, breakfast was great Rosa and the gentleman that worked in the kitchen were both amazing, greeted us as we walked up and were very pleasant and cheerful first thing in the morning! Would definitely stay here again

Location was fine during the day. Would recommend using taxis/car services for any travel in the evening.

The room was clean and well designed. The indoor pool was a welcome relief from the hot weather although it did run cool. Breakfast was well stocked and well maintained. Easy walking distance to the Aquarium and Camden Yards.

This hotel is very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I’ve stayed here twice. My room was twice as large on my first visit.

It was such a lovely stay! We went for the BTS concert and staff was super accommodating, friendly, and responsive! 10/10 would stay here again!!

Location was great and in a short distance walk to the Children's Museum and inner harbor. Front desk and valet parking staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast staff was incredible and kept the area very clean!!! I loved the convince of having a small spread of food options included with the stay. The kids also enjoyed the pool. Overall I had a good experience but didn't appreciate being told parking was $45 but later received a bill for over $57 including tax with no explanation regarding the additional cost. I called the hotel to investigate and was told the transportation manager would call me back but I never received any follow up. Also my bed sheets had a stain which appeared to be nail polish but made me question the cleanliness of my bedding. As a very small suggestion I would appreciate healthier choices for breakfast which include turkey options instead of only pork but again the staff was so amazing it made up for any short comings.

Very comfortable clean and relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay and the area smelled so clean getting off the elevator.

Nice and clean

Our room was downgraded from a suite which should sleep 4 to a king which only slept 2. This was done in the morning of our check-in. Needed to bring air mattresses. The only remediation was the wonderful Miss White, who stayed in touch with us throughout the course of the day.

The room and staff were okay. The valet was unreliable at best. All bottle filling stations and water fountains weren't working which forced us to buy water.

Overall decent value. Great location for all the Inner Harbor sights - only 3 blocks away. Large room, although layout was strange with a lot of empty floor space. Shower leaked all over the bathroom because of failed caulking - reported this to the front desk upon arrival and nothing was done about this during our 4 night stay. Also requested that empty conditioner be refilled at the same time - also nothing happened in 4 nights. 24/7 coffee availability is great. Breakfast buffet was good, on par with IHG. The indoor pool was a bit humid and musty. Nice gym. Both were well stocked with clean towels.

Around 1:00 AM, we discovered what appeared to be a bed bug in our bed. We captured it and brought it to the front desk, where staff indicated it was a bed bug. The hotel was fully booked, and no alternative room was available, so we left immediately and drove home. The incident completely disrupted our trip. We also had to take precautions at home, including additional cleaning and replacing personal items, resulting in unexpected expenses. Hotels.com was very helpful and made multiple efforts to contact the property and resolve the situation, but they also received no response. The hotel later conducted an inspection and reported no evidence of bed bugs. While we appreciate the inspection, that does not change what we experienced that night or why we felt it was necessary to leave. One night was refunded, but we do not feel that fully addressed the disruption and expenses. Our biggest concern was the lack of assistance when we reported the issue. We hope the hotel improves how it responds to guest health and safety concerns. Hotels.com was helpful; unfortunately, our experience with the property was very disappointing.
