The location can't be beat. The rooms are grandiose. The breakfast is EXCELLENT. A wonderful staff. This place is an excellent deal. I strongly recommend the Staybridge No need to be negative for me. I never expect perfection just overall quality

Elevator broken - no help to bring suitcases from 5th floor. Poor service with valet. Sleeper sofa incredibly uncomfortable. Food for breakfast mostly inedible.

We loved the facility and the entire staff. The only complaint would be that the shower in room 421 did not work as well as it should. But I will definitely return to your stay. Next time I am in Baltimore.

The staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel is in a good location - couple blocks from the inner harbor, although pretty old. It’s definitely cool - super high ceilings on the 4th floor. Creaky floors and just a bit outdated. Sweet little kitchenette. We didn’t check out the offered breakfast. The coffee was not good and the in room coffee didn’t include cream/sugar. We did order room service from an advertisement that was in the room. The room service was not affiliated with the hotel (not sure where they were). Lots of choices. We got a burger, sub, fries and pizza. The sandwiches were pretty much not edible, fries were ok and pizza was ok. Would we stay again, probably not. Not the worst in the world though.
