Candlewood Suites Baltimore - Inner Harbor by IHG

Great hotel in a prime location it was very clean. I was worried because it was not cheap but lower price for the area, but it was pleasantly surprised.

Most staff was helpful, some kind of rude. Our first room had broken AC and broken microwave. Eventually moved rooms.

The room that my son was in, the bathroom door would not close all the way, and they had no hot water. I didn't realize how sketchy the neighborhood was and the garage being so far for someone to walk back themselves. Will never book there again.

Everything was fine with the hotel except the size of the bed. We booked a queen bed and it definitely wasn't. It was more like a full size. They said it was a queen...it wasn't.

Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. It is walkable to inner harbor and other places but it takes than just a few minutes to get to these places. It can be noisy at night just take some type of sound machine to drown out the noise.

My room smelled like they’ve been smoking in the rooms for years.. could’ve been cleaner other than that was not too bad

it was clean and front desk was helpful the outside was a bit loud and ac was really loud

Good stay just watch out for hidden deposit fees Expedia didn’t alert me to the fact they would put an extra hold on my account. Very annoying.

parking is far from hotel. asked for more towels and washcloths, told they would be sent up, never got them. staff were friendly and helpful though.
