Great place to stay. Clean room, bathroom it was great vibe. Only recommendation is to have a mini bar/ snacks.

Beautiful hotel with airy, spacious, quiet rooms. Lovely halls and lobby areas that evoke a rich history. The only issue we had (hence lower rating on amenities) was that we went for a nightcap in the bar after walking the inner harbor and they had run out of vodka. A bar runs out of vodka? Usually there are multiple choices, from house to top shelf, for that particular spirit.

Room was great, Staff was helpfull. Would stay again

The building, especially the lobby, is beautiful. I don't think I've seen a staircase as gorgeous as their lobby's stairs. Staff was friendly and nice. Room was clean, big with high ceilings, and comfy king bed. The windows were not the most soundproof; you could hear a little bit of ruckus outside. But overall I slept great. Wish the room had bathrobes! Nice hotel though, and was happy with the price I paid. I would visit again.

Hotel was beautiful, room was clean!

Ice machine on 8th floor not working.

After calling ahead to request early check in we arrived an hour early only to find out that they are not only NOT doing early check in but we were then delayed being able to check in for 3 hours. After waiting three hours in a hot lobby with my daughter and dog we finally got a room. The room thermostat did not work so we had no ac in the room. We later had to then switch to another room to have ac for the night. We will never visit this hotel again.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean and had beautiful rooms. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I hope to visit again soon!! Nothing to complain about.
-
The check in was horrible long story short didn’t receive a room till after 9pm and I got to the hotel at 3pm
-
Also we asked for a late check out and the front desk failed to mention we would need a new key. Went down for breakfast and went to see the Washington monument, we were back before the check out and couldn’t get into our room. They were quick to get us a new key.

Excellent hotel and customer service.

Room was not available. Overbooked. Rude dismissive front desk. Manager running around apologizing for the mess.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Kimpton Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor. Everyone was so friendly and my daughter and I were there for the BTS concert and we had a room with two king sized beds and they were so comfortable I didn’t want to leave lol. I highly recommend this hotel and if we are ever in Baltimore again we know where to stay.

Had to wait 2 hours after 4pm to get checked in. They couldn’t handle the number of people. And they charged me for the room even though I fully paid through booking.com already.
-
There were still two very dirty wash clothes hanging in the shower that hadn’t been removed during room cleaning. The phone in the room didn’t work, and when the room AC turned on, some of the power sockets clicked off. They sent text messages asking about the quality of the stay but did not respond to them when I answered their questions. I’ve stayed at many Kimpton properties over the years and usually prefer them over other chains, but this hotel is in need of some basic upgrades.

Very nice I wasn’t able to get a king room

Loved out stay

Good overall. Staff was mixed. We requested housekeeping twice and they never showed up. Valet was expensive. Room was nice and spacious. Check in and out was seamless.

I loved staying here, and have only three complaints. The AC in our room was barely adequate. It was way better than nothing, but it really could have been much cooler. The larger complaint is that the lounge closed so early, like 10:30. Why? Also, that lounge is where the breakfast or brunch is supposed to be served, but it was way understaffed and people were just waiting at the podium even to be seated....we bailed after ten minutes or so. It worked out fine, though, as we found other places to eat right outside and I'm sure much cheaper.
