Fife Lodge staff are exceptional and the quaint lodge was neat, clean and comfortable. The warm breakfast was top quality and the service was superb. WiFi in our room (#8) wasn’t great but that wasn’t too important for us as the cell reception was fine.

We were travelling by car with 4 children and the suite accommodation was perfect for parents and 3 children. Grandparent and 1 more child were in a large double room 3 steps away. Dinner at the lodge restaurant was excellent and had options for the kids and breakfast was fine.

Stayed just the one night, however had a very positive stay. We had dinner at the lodge which had a good range of options, a bit on the pricey side, but good food. We also had the included breakfast which was very generous. There are very nice grounds around the lodge, and it was easy walking distance into the township (we had a car, but like to walk). We also used the bar/lounge area which was well appointed - the staff were very friendly. It was Summer and appreciate that few places have air-conditioning in the UK, however the rooms could have done with fans to keep things a little cooler (we didn't ask for a fan).

Coffee and tea hangers for clothes fridge outside room Rooms were small would have been nice to have a fridge in the room but because of the size of the rooms it's understandable

Food was absolutely amazing....both in evening meal and breakfast. Staff were superb. Plenty onsite parking. TV was far too small for the suite...location of the suite was noisy. Bed was too soft but that's on me as like a firm mattress....not a complaint just an observation.

Very welcoming reception, the lady on the desk had even called us ahead of arrival to ask if we wanted food on arrival. The rooms were spotless nice comfy beds shower was fantastic aswell. The man who seated us for breakfast was great very professional and friendly. Thanks very much for our stay.

Staff were great. Very friendly. Food was very good. Breakfast superb as was our evening meal. Certainly would eat there again. Lovely sitting on the cold evenings by the log burner in a comfortable reception area. Nothing to dislike. If anything, the mattress was not the comfiest, but nothing to dislike.
