The pools The waitress named Sue had a very poor attitude throughout all of our visits, without any apparent reason. Her behavior was consistently rude and unprofessional, which made our dining experience unpleasant. It really upset my entire family. We hope the management addresses this issue so that other customers do not have the same experience.

1- nice and clean hotel 2- near to the airport about 30 min 1- no shops and restaurants near you need taxi or motor bike 2- the beach is dangerous for swimming

Very clean and staff was friendly and can speak english. wish the location was more accessible it was not near any food places and there was only one mirror in the room. They could put a full body mirror would be nice.

It makes you feel at home in a tropical luxury sophisticated home, Kora is very comfortable here, the food is great and the excursions are even better. The environment is safe. The MASSAGE at this hotel is over the top. I have never had a massage like that before not even in America, and when I came here, I think this is the only place you would get that massage. They actually climb on your back and crack the stiffness out each muscle and loosened the tied knot, cramped, muscles to a smooth relaxed muscles, it's amazing. This place is what I needed. A vacation from the hustle and bustle pleasant elegant and no worries Atmosphere. I enjoyed it and so can you you deserve it. I liked everything about this place. I can't say I didn't like anything. Everything was over the top. I enjoyed myself here. What can you do better? Add some more healthy dishes to your menu vegan, maybe.

The restaurant was way too hot, no air conditioning, and made any dining and breakfast very uncomfortable

I like the beachfront location, the clean and comfortable room, and the friendly and helpful staff. None

The breakfast and food was quite good. Our room had dark brown/red water coming out of the taps shower toilet etc. the staff were very helpful and upgraded us to a better room with a the main pool view.(don’t take the main pool view room if you want a quiet room. Constant load music) In addition they gave us a dinner voucher.

At every outlet I used, the staff were very friendly. I feel like I made the right choice coming here for my vacation. The hotel is right across from the public beach, so it's very convenient to take a short walk and enjoy the sea view whenever I want. The sunsets are absolutely beautiful, especially in the evening. I've really enjoyed my stay here, and I would definitely love to come back again in the future. Nothing

"Swim-in- swim-out" room was gorgeous with a pool entrance right from your balcony. We enjoyed this pool entrance from our stairs very much. The hotel is very clean and contemporary style. It's a wonderful deal for the price. Beach is close, right across the road. Very good fitness center, like that they ran video of yoga on a big screen and you just could follow the routine. Hotel has an amazing contemporary rooftop bar with music. Drinks and food were expensive. If you like more festive atmosphere at night, it's a long walk to different beach Clubs or you could take a taxi.

The pool is nice. The beach is quiet. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Dining area had an aquarium in it. The cleaning staff always did a great job with our room. We upgraded to a pool access room but after spending the day exploring the island to come back to be told we couldn’t access the pool bc it closed at 7pm. What kind of hotel closes their pool that early? Unlike cleaning staff, front reception staff were unfriendly and often useless. Not 5-star, Lacks basic hospitality and services.

The staff was wonderful and the rooms were modern quiet and nicely designed. Checkout process was a bit slow and the card reader at the checkout did not operate properly on the two occasions when I checked out of the resort resulting in a bit of confusion in the checkout process.

Amazing clean 24/7 concierge and security made us feel all amazing and romantic for our honeymoon did the bed up for us and made sure evryday we had fresh sheets and cleanliness was spot on Location a tad bit far from everything but who cares this is where celebrities would wanna stay so thumbs up still for me
