Very clean and super comfy bed. Two bedroom suites were spacious and great for a family of 5. Pool was so well kept and gym was great too. Kids loved the kids club!

Had an amazing swimming pool for both kids and adults. Loved the gym kept me in shape during my stay. Far from everything. Nearest store is a 5 minute walk 7-eleven.

Nice comfortable rooms with amenities. Beds are comfortable.Beautiful pool. Excellent food and dining. Plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. Good size bathroom with ample countertop space. Water pressure is good. Electricity went out more than once in 8 days

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially the spacious areas and the beautiful swimming pool. We also appreciated having a gym available, even though the fitness classes and activities could be improved a bit — maybe it’s something they’re still developing since the hotel is quite new. Overall, the place is modern, stylish, and very comfortable, and it’s located close to a beautiful beach such as Banana Beach, which is definitely worth visiting. One thing we really loved is the mobile app they created for guests: you can control the room lights, order food or amenities, check the menus, contact the reception, and request information — and the staff are always available, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant isn’t the best, but it’s fine if you need something quick to eat, and the prices are reasonable. Another great feature is that they offer daily deals through the app, such as 2-for-1 drinks in the evening and other fun offers throughout the week. Shuttle service to the beach and to laguna , free of charge 100% recommended!! It’s also a fantastic option for families — there were many staying at the hotel, and the kids’ area is very large, well-designed, and enjoyable. We definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return! The only small downside is the limited space in the rooms to hang clothes or wet items, especially because during our stay there wasn’t much sunshine, so things didn’t dry easily. However, it was great to have a washing machine available, and the staff provided detergent tablets for free, which was a very nice touch and laundry service. Another minor thing is that, at least during the mornings we were there, the sun didn’t hit the pool area directly due to the surrounding buildings, so the water felt a bit cold and the pool area was mostly shaded early in the day.

It’s very pretty, the room was very confortable we didn’t lack anything, and the breakfast was really good

The only downside is that the location is quite far from the main tourist areas and activities. On our last two days, we discovered a nearby area with some shops and restaurants, but overall, it's still a bit isolated if you're planning to explore the island. Still, we had a great stay and would recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing escape.

Clean, quit, an excellent Facilities and service the restaurants are so delicious Not crowded The beach is a wonderful suitable for family the kids club staff are very friendly, i left my kids with baby sitters there with a good price Nothing every things were excellent
