Luxurious, spacious, and private villa with its own infinity pool was exactly what we wanted. The restaurants (especially 360) were excellent in both food quality, service, and setting. Very steep walks up and down the hills between villa and facilities/restaurants. However, staff driving golf carts to transport guests up and down those hills were always available in a jiffy.

Attractively laid out in beautiful gardens, the rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The pool area and restaurant were very nice as was the bar with a Japanese theme. Staff very helpful and friendly. The inland location means you have to take cabs everywhere which is fine but something you need to be aware of.

Our room was spacious and supremely comfortable. The restaurant Firefly was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. The 360 lounge was terrific for the scene/vibe and catching the gorgeous sunset. Our couple's massage at the Spa was excellent. And we loved the grounds and gardens, A magical experience. Although this should not dissuade anyone from staying at this beautiful hotel, be aware the facility is approximately a ten minute drive to the beach and any other neighborhood location. For this reason, we chose to stay on premises when we returned home and ate at the excellent restaurant Firefly sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful view and evening sounds.

We returned to The Pavilions after four days after leaving it to move to another resort in a different part of the island - that is how good we felt it was. The other resort (that advertised as being 5* etc) could not match The Pavilions. That sums it up really. Great rooms/villas, great food and wonderful team. nothing

Not much When u arrive they take a 10,000 baht deposit without confirmation, and when u leave u don’t get your deposit back. So be aware when leaving a deposit as u will not get it back. They will tell you it takes 2 weeks to return to your bank an you will not receive it, they keep it an ignore your requests once u have left the country . I was put in a damp smelly room had to complain to be moved as the smell was over powering an the beds was damp / wet Slippery floors Towels was thin and smelly too. If u need a taxi download grab app as the hotel taxi service is expensive

Beautiful, tranquil, peaceful. Propetly was huge, you needed a buggy constantly. Location was a bit far out - but that was our fault and not the hotels!

The property was amazing and well managed! Nothing about the property but the location is a bit secluded but if you just want to unwind and relax it’s a nice go to!

We rented a car. For someone not used to driving in Thailand; it is challenging. Beach and shopping too far for an easy walk. Visitors may want to consider the daily free shuttle to the beach and shopping area rather than driving.
