Amazing accomodation and delicious breakfast. A fantastic stay with a great pool right in front of your room. 5-10 minutes to the beach by foot.

Its a boutique place with spacious room! Veryr clean and small quaint town. Overall stay was good.We initially booked thinking its 150m to beach but beach is not so close by. Also all the major city attractions are a bit far away so qe spwnt quiet a bit travelling to Bangla dtreet and old town. Nothing in general just the distance to major spots.

Everything, I booked this Villa based on other reviews and they are spot on. The most amazing people, family run and they all really care about your stay and enjoyment. Nothing is too much to ask. On the night shift is the son who really interacts well and proactively looks to help if he can see you are struggling with something, directions for example. The Villa itself is as someone else described an oasis hidden away. Quiet and just 14 villas arranged around 2 pools. More than enough sunbeds spread out under the surrounding palm trees to offer sun or shade and importantly to me privacy. There are many more than the number of guests, so you can always find somewhere peaceful to sit on your own if you wish. Pool is also spotlessly clean as are the tranquil gardens. Rooms are big, clean and again quiet and peaceful. All modern amenities you need including a large fridge, they provide free water daily too in the rooms. Bathrooms are big too and mine had a big bath and walk in shower. Lovely touches such as real plants and even umbrellas in the room in case it rains. (obviously important during rainy season which now it is not) Breakfast is cooked to your individual order. Simple tick box of what you want and they cook it for you within 10 minutes. In the mean time they bring you free fresh fruit, (pineapple, mango, melon etc) and juice and coffee. Whilst tucked away down a side road just off the main road you do get the authentic Thai experience in the surrounding roads. Walk one way which we did many times daily for the Bang Tao Muay Thai and you see how some locals live which is very humbling, we always felt safe however and everyone was always so friendly. Walk the other way and there are the shops and usual bars from which occasionally you can hear the music until about 11 at night when it seems to stop. You cannot hear it in the rooms or pool area though. Reception and where you have breakfast is a tranquil traditional, open sided to gardens. Nothing really.

The property was lovely… large rooms… very clean.,,, new towels and beach towels every day .,,, bed large but a bit on the hard side for me…. Staff couldn’t do enough for you .., very pleasant…. Good location… like a little quiet oasis .,, Nothing

Plenty of space in Villa. Acces to the pool directly from the front door. Room was cleaned everyday. In fridge were some soft drinks for free and water. Next to the Villa was some construction, during the day was noisy by the pool. Also there was a water pump behind the Villa, wich was running whole day. At night was turned off-that was good. Breakfast was plain, no salt or seasoning.

Proximity of pool to our room. Spacious room. Very helpful staff. Consider improvements in environmental friendliness. Glass carafes of purified water that guests can refill themselves from a central point in dining room. Training the staff to understand the signals which indicate that you don’t want towels changed every day. The brochure says it but the staff ignore it. Place a Hatari P18M1 fan in each room so guests can cool room down with AC then turn off and just use fan as they sleep. This will save on electricity bills. All of these would be financially sound as well as environmentally responsible.

The hotel room was very beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and did a great job cleaning our room everyday. The pool area was nice and overall had a relaxing vibe. The location was great, walking distance to the beach as well as so many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Highly recommend staying at this hotel! I have nothing negative to say

Service from staff is impeccable and it is only a 3mins walk to the beach! It is quiet and most importantly safe. More importantly, the Pai Tan Villas staff are very thoughtful and gracious. Had an early morning start one day before their regular breakfast time and they were kind to prepare earlier before leaving for a tour in the morning. Charm was great with helping with recommendations and other requests like getting a birthday cake. Overall cannot express thanks and appreciation to the Pai Tan Villas staff as they make the place wonderful.
