This was my first visit to Thailand and this hotel was the perfect selection to have chosen. It is right in the middle of an active night life area in Sukhumvit with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The Skytrain (metro system) is less than a 10 minute walk away, there was a laundry about 5 minutes away, and the hotel had everything you could want. Spacious rooms, gym, swimming pool, a restaurant and cafe in the property, and there is even a boxing gym attached to the property. However, what really stood out to me was the staff. From the moment I set foot into the hotel, the concierge, front desk staff, and housekeeping crew were all very outgoing, friendly, and helpful when needed. I'd like to give a special mention the hostess at the AM Cafe, Baitong, who symbolized "The land of smiles". Even very early in the morning at 6am, she was always welcoming and greeted me with a warm smile and I noticed that she did the same with other guests as well. In the weeks that I stayed, there was never a day where she wasn't amiable. Overall, this hotel was wonderful and I'm glad that I selected it for my first stay in Thailand. The hotel is dated, but that could be overlooked as it's an older property. However, what I can't overlook is that there was only one (ONE!) iron in the entirety of the Sky Wing. The Sky Wing is about 20+ floors of rooms and there was only one iron available for guests and the iron is not brought to the room of guests. The guest has to go to a special room where the iron is located. If you are at the hotel for business and need to iron your shirt before a meeting, this is a huge inconvenience. Surely a hotel of this size could get one iron per floor or even 10 irons / ironing boards to split between floors.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I requested a room on a high floor, and the hotel accommodated my request by assigning me a room on the seventh floor. The room was quiet and comfortable, which allowed me to rest well despite the hotel’s central and busy location. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the staff’s cooperation. The hotel is a good choice for travelers looking for a convenient location, friendly service, and a comfortable room in central Bangkok.

Wide choices for breakfast but would have liked to have seen more fruit even dried fruit. Convenient location to BTS and places like Terminal 21 Would have like to borrow an iron and board in the room

Hospitality of staffs I liked most. The breakfast was good but too much crowded by unnecessary cheap people. Too much crowd in the lobby area. The breakfast area is too much crowded by unnecessary people. There should be another breakfast area for decent people.

There is a closed door between my room and the adjacent room. So we were disturbed very much because of sounds from adjacent room. We informed hotel reception. But no results.
