Breakfast was not part of our package. Thai food (both street kiosks and restaurants) was plentiful and good. Night food market across the street provided great value and variety. Location (for airport travelers) is great, about 10 minutes away. Very secure entry and exit. Parking on site. The view isn't great if that is a priority.

The restaurant served vegan options which is one reason I went there Where do I begin? The rooms are not as advertised, especially the balcony, which faced steelworks and lumber yards so was not able to use it despite not even a chair to sit on that could fit on the balcony However, the main thing was that several times since I arrived I asked if they needed my credit card to charge my room and they said no or they would get it from booking.com. I had just flown all night so was in need of sleep. Then one of the staff woke me up by banging on my room, and I kindly gave them everything they needed to charge my card. Yet when I left the next day, I asked them again if the payment had gone through, even though I had checked my bank acct to verify they had taken the payment. When I got to the airport and had wifi, meters from going through immigration, I received threatening messages from them that they were going to the police and had called immigration because I hadn't paid. Fortunately, immigration did not stop me, and I was able to send them a screenshot of the payment. They still did not believe me, and in the meantime, I had booking.com also trying to chase me, until I sent the hotel a screenshot. I was in shock, but also knew it was a mistake on their part. However, going through immigration at the time, I was traumatized by how, if they did stop me, what could happen to me for something I did not do? Turns out there was a bank holiday in Thailand. However, it is absolutely no excuse to threaten someone like that and in fact, it falls on them for the lack of communication between their staff. The girl who took my card details the day before was in the hotel when I left, so really no excuses! Plus they have not apologized for what I went through. The only thing going about the hotel is the closeness to the airport and The Paseo Mall which is what I was looking for, but there are other hotels in the area. Which I certainly would use over this one next time I am there. And I frequent Thailand often!
