I booked the wrong hotels at first. I specifically asked the ai bot for the hotel as I booked the year before. The hotel was a hospital stay hotel with smells not comparable to my taste.

I really enjoyed the breakfast during my stay, as everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The variety of hot options and fresh pastries made for a perfect start to each morning. It was definitely a highlight of my experience, and I highly recommend it to future guests! Toiletries: My room’s toiletries were incomplete—specifically, there was no shaver or shaving gel provided. Lighting: The room felt a bit too dim, especially around the bed area. Having more lights (or stronger reading lamps) by the bed would be very helpful.

Despite the vibrant surroundings, the hotel itself felt comfortable and well-maintained. The rooms were clean, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. Breakfast was simple but good, with enough variety to start the day. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for travelers looking to experience Bangkok’s nightlife and dining scene while staying somewhere reliable and comfortable. It can get quite noisy at night, which might be a downside if you’re a light sleeper or looking for a very quiet stay.

The property is located quite centrally in Bangkok. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Already available to assist us. We arrived around 10:30am in the morning and they checked us into our hotel room immediately no questions asked. This is my second time staying at the hotel and they left me a very sweet message on the mirror when I entered. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Bangkok.

The location of the hotel is convenient and well connected to key areas, which made commuting easy. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall property is in a good location for business or short stays. The staff behavior was unprofessional and at times rude. Housekeeping did not service the room as expected and later claimed that a “Do Not Disturb” sign had been placed, which was not the case. This gave the impression that the hotel was shifting responsibility to the guest rather than addressing the service lapse. Staff professionalism and accountability need significant improvement. Room maintenance and housekeeping services should be more reliable. Considering the price, the overall service quality did not offer good value for money. There are better hotel options available in the same price range and location.

Great location, walkable to restaurants and bars. Very clean, comfortable bed and staff were great especially the breakfast lady, she made sure to greet everyone and ensure they had everything they needed. There is nothing we didn’t like.

The hotel doesn't provide roll away beds. We had 7 people in our family and this was disappointing.
