Clean and quit Old fashion style

Room was a good size Older property , not walkable to anything except the park. Not a good spot for first time visitors. Have to give 1000 baht deposit on check in. Wasn’t allowed to check in 50 minutes early.

Good location and staff very friendly. Old hotel. Need updating. Beds were hard. My room faced the parking lot. Not a nice view. The curtains were not split style so there was non privacy and made it awkward to keep the cute sims open. There was no blow dryer in the room.

I enjoyed my stay at LUXX Langsuan. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view from the 6th floor was a great bonus — peaceful, modern, and a nice way to start and end the day. The location is also convenient, tucked into a quieter part of Bangkok while still close to the major attractions and transit. A few issues made the stay less smooth: • Overpriced Drinks: The Sip Bar has nice service, but the drinks felt overpriced for the setting. • Hairdryer & Power: The in-room hairdryer is outdated and didn’t work well with the bathroom outlet. • Bathroom Design: The shower lacks a door, causing water to spray onto the floor unless you use the entry door as a barrier. • Lighting: The overall room lighting is very dim, making it difficult to get ready, do hair/makeup, or see details clearly.

Room was cleaned everyday. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the morning. Self service Laundry at affordable price within the compound. Spa/ massage service nearby. Within 200m walking distance to Lumphini Park Counter service was helpful to assist me to shift clothes to dryer even though DIY. Swimming pool is quite modest. But everything else were within my expectations

The room was not ready even after check-in time ( 2 pm). We could get in the room around 2.45 pm.

The room was very spacious for two people, with enough space for use to keep our luggages open on the floor throughout the trip with still space to walk around the hotel room. We also loved the bar at the 2nd floor, where they serve you a welcome drink. The vibe was retro and cozy for a dim bar. The hotel is also a 5-minute walk from Once Upon A Thai for travelers interested in a luxurious spa treatment and massage. The tub shower is positioned beside a wall, we found it weird that the shower curtain was on this wall and not on the opposite side (the open space). We felt conscious about making sure the water doesn't spill out of the shower as we were taking a bath. The pillows did not feel luxurious for the ambiance of the place. It was not hotel-grade, it was very flat. The room could also be better improved with a "main" light in the middle of the room. All the lightbulbs were at the sides/corners -- which I understand to build the ambiance/vibe but still need a main light especially at night.

Nothing really. We checked in and there was a dead lizard in the room. And another lizard running around. We spent all night trying to find it. Didn’t sleep a wink. So asked to check out a night early. We had no refund what so ever or even apologised for the debacle.
