Cozy hotel with a touch of personal care

Very friendly staff! The woman at the front desk was always extremely nice and understanding! She even offered an umbrella when it was raining one day. There's also free breakfast, free mango sticky rice, and free water if needed. The rooms were always cleaned daily and the size of the rooms was really big considering the price value! The location was also really good as it was in a central area with a lot of attractions, shoping malls, food options, and even a train station nearby! I would book again if I ever come back to Thailand. Nothing.

The setup is quite unique and gives a traditional Thai vibe. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. We had unlimited free beverages. The place is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle whilst still being close to big malls like MBK. Nothing to dislike. You get what you pay for.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with two large beds and a huge terrace on the 6th floor. It was quiet and peaceful, which is impressive for such a central location in Bangkok. The air conditioning works very well — the room cooled down within just a few minutes. The bathroom was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent. Even though it was not clearly listed in our booking, the staff kindly offered it to us, which was a very nice gesture. The location is very convenient — about a 20 minute walk to Siam and Siam Paragon. Overall, a great option with a very good price-quality ratio. Highly recommended.

Nice small hotel in a very center of the city. It’s not old town but very convenient location. A roof bar at hotel next door is a great plus, nice place to relax while watching sunset. The staff is what makes this hotel amazing! Noi helped us contact airline to fix our tickets, and while we were on phone with airline company to fix our booking (using his phone btw for about an hour) he brought us very tasty coconut cupcakes and fruits - somebody does care ?

We love how homey this place is. The staff are wonderful. This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel and will definitely return. Nothing!

We were staying as a family in the big two king-sized bed room. Bed pillows could have been better/replaced.

The manager was very accommodating and friendly. He included a nice breakfast and would do anything for us. Great location - close to public transport. Cool artwork and funky decor. Clean. Bathrooms a little small, but useable and OK.

My wife and myself had a very pleasant experience here as the staff was extremely helpful and courteous during our stay. The rooms are good and breakfast was very healthy. We plan to return to this place for our next stay !

It was one of the most comfortable my husband and I stayed since we arrived in Thailand. Staff was extremely polite and helpful and the manager explained to us many relevant things related to our stay and what is recommendable to eat or not outdoors. They were also very easygoing when it came to storing our luggage until our return to Bangkok after coming back from the south of the country. Free breakfast, coffee and water for guests, they made us feel like home even though we were away from home. Can’t thank them enough! Nothing. It was the best choice we have ever made.

The bed is small and the mattress is tiered. The fridge was not working. The sheets didn't smell very well. The sink is very small. The rooms are pricey compared to what you get - especially the 2 bedroom room.

Proximity to BTS, BMK and Siam malls. Close to Pratunam area for cheap shopping options. There was a massage place nearby which was helpful after walking the whole day. Close to a couple of 7-11’s. I liked that it was located inside an alley so traffic sounds from Main Street was barely audible. We were given free breakfast but opted to have them on 2 different days since there was a lot of food to try elsewhere. We were given mango sticky rice on the day we arrived and on another day when we were asked if we wanted some. Towels were changed daily, room tidied daily. The staff were excellent. The owner was friendly. Weak wifi. Can’t even watch a 30 second reel on FB without it cutting off or buffering. Tried signing onto other floors to no avail. No signal in the reception , dining and outdoor area. Good thing I got a local sim with unlimited data. The washroom basin in our room had mold on the base. They should take time to re-caulk this after addressing the mold. There was a tv in the room. Remote didn’t work. After figuring out how to turn it on manually, there were no English shows to watch. Not even subtitles.

Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed, great AC, quiet, excellent location. We really appreciated the free breakfast each day and good, unlimited coffee. Great value! Our room was a bit tired. Specifically, the small sofa in the room had ripped upholstery. Also, there are no closets or chest of drawers.
