Property location was conveniëntand most importantly the staff was very helpful as I was traveling with my mother who had a fracture .They helped me with ambulance and all necessary aid. Corner room was too small, but it was given in emergency so no complaints

Overall good location, ideal for family, cool vibes, friendly staff, decent size rooms. Nothing that can be complained about however would have liked the swimming pool to not be in the entrance area. Furthermore, the breakfast though good but was a bit consistent every day. There was no rotation of dishes. Staying there for 7 nights made the breakfast feel a bit monotonous. Though we loved the breakfast but just some rotation of 20% of dishes would have made it perfect!

The room lighting needs variation. There should be colored light for sleeping instead of put off completely. The lighting brightness should also improve. This is just an improvement to add spices to an excellent apartment.

Room was so cold and even set at 28C, so cold and loud. Only way to warm up was to turn it off. Coffee machine wasn’t working well so not great

Getting to central area, the traffic.

The family studio was amazing. Comfy enough and had everything we needed. Excellent amenities for kids. Good and varied breakfast TV had no streaming options (YouTube, Netflix etc.)

The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was nice and quiet, which made for a great rest. Breakfast was excellent — served in a beautiful, stylish restaurant with a great atmosphere and a good variety of food. We truly liked this place and would happily come back again.

Excellent room and very nice beds! Staff very nice and friendly! Breakfast was amazing - especially as we’re vegetarian. It’s slightly away from the main hub of the city but it’s super easy to get a taxi with Grab!

Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy is an excellent choice for families, especially those traveling with babies or children. The hotel feels more like a serviced apartment than a regular hotel, which made our stay very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well designed, with a comfortable bed, sofa living area, dining space, and study table. One of the best parts was the pantry kitchen setup, including a microwave, induction cooker, fridge, and washing machine, which was extremely helpful for preparing baby food, milk, and laundry during a longer stay. The hotel is truly family and baby friendly. Staff were polite, helpful, and attentive to family needs. Luggage staff quickly came to assist during arrival, and the reception area is modern, spacious, and welcoming. Receptionists were friendly and professional throughout the stay. The swimming pool area is beautiful and relaxing for both adults and children. Housekeeping and room service were very fast and responsive, which added extra comfort. Cleanliness standards were also very good. Location is another major advantage. The hotel is conveniently located in Sukhumvit, close to shopping malls, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and transport options. Overall, it was a very comfortable and stress-free stay for our family, and we highly recommend this hotel for both short and long stays in Bangkok. The hotel experience overall was very good. During busy hours, the breakfast area can become crowded, and sometimes lifts may take a little longer during peak times. Other than that, the stay was smooth and enjoyable.
