Paholyothin Park Place

Easily the cleanest hotel I stayed at in a long time. I mean spotless! Although location doesn’t have that curb appeal you are right at a skytrain stop and next to a 7/11! If you are driving there is plenty of FREE PARKING! Also the hotel’s restaurant is reasonably priced for really tasty food. My only complaint would be hot water doesn’t really get hot. Although I take cold showers I do love a hot face towel after shaving. So injustice used the kettle in room to get some. ???

The room was really clean and they renovated the bathroom. It was so nee and clean. The location was so close to the BTS station. The wifi signal not stable. But it is usable.

Locationis good, close to where I have to work. Wifi is great, free, and no need for password, direct connect. The sound of the fridg and air-con, both are quite loud.

Exceptional

Used this hotel to relocate for a few nights after the earthquake, the location has 7-11 almost next door and rooms are clean, bed is a little uncomfortable and some road noise can be heard at night but overall it's not bad at all. The ladies at reception especially in the morning/afternoon shift were lovely!

Everything was good I dried the bath towel in there balcony in which a minute dust was there for that they charged me 500 bhatt the dust can be removed just in a wash

Nice and clean hotel with a big car park and very friendly staff. Everything is well maintained on a daily basis. Loved the beds and the rooms are spacious and clean. Close to BTS and 7/11. Location wise it's a little out of the central area, but as i said, very close to BTS Sukumvit line. So you can go anywhere you want.

The hotel is located approximately 1.X km from Kasetsart University, not far from the campus. The rooms are new, spacious, and clean. Surprisingly, even though I reserved it via Booking.com and the payment was to be made at the property, I understood that. However, the deposit upon arrival was only accepted in cash. They could hold a certain amount on a credit card or even scan a QR code for mobile banking.

Clean and convenient Breakfast....to be avoided

Near BTS sky train - Old buildings - Not good staff with not friendly communicating with guests - I was fined 100 baht (from 500 baht deposition) because of they said my room towel got dirty, I have tried to ask for evidences or photo. Unfortunately, staff said no any photo or evidences>>>>> be careful !

Very good

This is a vintage-style hotel. It is simple yet spotlessly clean. I particularly like the desk and the hair dryer. Two glass bottles of drinking water were complimentary. The location, 7-11 next door and the BTS station 20 meters away, is perfect. I did not like the buffet breakfast, which cost 150 Thai Baht per head. Half of the food had been emptied when I entered the restaurant at around 8:30 a.m. Only a plate of cut fresh veggies was refilled before I left around 9 a.m. I ate two slices of toast, the last spoon of fried rice, one pork porridge, and the last half cup of cold coffee. I enjoyed the room, but this breakfast was unsatisfactory.

The rooms are very clean and the staff at the reception are very nice The location is not that good. Fortunately there is the metro station very close but it takes a lot of.time.to reach the the main places in Bangkok.

The location is very convenient

The hotel is exceptionally clean and located beside a BTS station. Very near Kasetsart University and Chatuchak Weekend Market. Will stay there again. The hotel has exceeded my expectations. Nothing to complain about.

Comfy bed. Nice lobby. I was on the fourth floor so the elevator was a huge plus Location did not have any interesting shopping or eating choices

Cleanliness of the facilities, food is very nice at the restaurant. Sometime the noice from the street disturbing our sleep
