I booked the night of the 27th to the 29th in the Pipa hotel in Bangkok. You also did it to me in two different in two different countries and apart from pipa it was sorted out at a more expensive rate. Your booking service is a joke. Stop asking questions about the property and start looking at yourself. I’m sure there are thousands of people like me that got stranded because of your system !! It can’t even be called a service

Our stay at Pipa Hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and incredibly accommodating. We unfortunately missed our late check-out due to Bangkok traffic, but the staff were very understanding and kindly did not charge us any additional fees—something we truly appreciated. The room was modern, stylish and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Towels were changed daily, and the complimentary bottled water was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a wonderful variety of options. Everything was great although the TV channels were limited.

We loved the location, it was close to a lot of bars and the BTS station so it was easy to get around the city, but you also didn’t need to go far to do something fun. The hotel breakfast was great and we liked that there was a different variety of options everyday. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was so great! We honestly loved everything about this hotel and would 100% stay again if we come back to Bangkok. I’d highly recommend, especially for young people that want to go out during their stay. The hotel itself is perfect but I probably wouldn’t recommend this location for a family with young children.

The acoustics in the connecting rooms are not very good. We could hear everything from our neighbor next door.

We booked 2 rooms. One for 3 and a deluxe room for 2. The room for 3 is very big and our deluxe room is very comfortable too. The hotel is around the busy night life area. The street is really busy during the nite with many people still walking around after midnite. Safe place to stay if you like to hang out till very late. The hotel is a distance away from Nana train station. Easily 3 - 5 mins walk depending on how fast you walk. It's ok if the weather is good but not when it's raining. Not sheltered.

The property is stunningly beautiful. The same luxurious feeling that is in the lobby is consistently present in the rooms, public bathrooms and gym The staff was very attentive and the space is beautiful. It is also in a central location near the train and everything and I mean everything is walking distance from the hotel.

Location of this hotel was perfect, right in the thick of it all! With that being said, we couldn't believe how quiet it was with so many restaurants and bars being right outside the door. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly. I have never experienced such a quick and smooth check in process. We definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be where the action is, but also want a peaceful sleep at night! Pool & bar were perfect, especially for cooling down after a summer day in Bangkok! We will be back!

All things important to us (7/11, laundry, malls, certain restaurants) where very near. Also public transportation was within walking distance. We also loved the possibility to store part of our bagages while travelling outside Bangkok. The room was cleaned very well. Every day we got clean sheets. Most of all we loved the great hot and strong shower. Everything was fine, except for the price of a small local beer at the swimming pool. In our opinion 200 THB for a small bottle is a little overpriced. Even bars/restaurants in the direct neighborhood charge less.
