While booking thru your website i overlook the complimentary breakfast option. Moreover, i extended one night's trip thru Agoda app with breakfast who's rate was quite cheaper than your app.

Clean spacious rooms. Very nice Breakfast closes at 10:30. We came at 10:00 but a lot of items ran out in Breakfast and were not refilled. No fruits and other items. Also, I needed to put medication in the hotel freezer but was told that it had already been closed.

best and most comfortable stay by far! the staff was very very helpful to say the least. i had some issues with the air conditioning (i prefer warmer temperatures) so they upgraded my room and it was sorted the next day. i had a medical emergency and the staff was present the throughout and never left my on my own! extremely grateful for their support and patience. the building is quite old so some facilities might be affected by that but they’re very prompt in fixing it or finding a solution.

I had a great stay at Radisson Hotel Chateau de Bangkok. The personnel is very welcoming, always smiling, and ready to help, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel feels fresh and newly renovated, with very spacious rooms, an extremely comfortable bed, and great amenities — everything you might need is there, from an iron to even dental kit. Breakfast offers everything you need, with a good variety of Thai dishes that are very tasty and change from day to day. The location is also a big plus — set in a calm area, yet with easy access to all parts of the city. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Nothing .

Floor had some marks of wear and tear, but nothing major.

This hotel was located close to the BTS and across the street from a small mall I had never seen before. I could not be happier with the hotel. The staff spoke English well and knew how to give directions so easy you couldn't get lost. The breakfast was not great on top of 450baht price. you can eat down the road for 150 to 250 for American type breakfast. And why eat in a hotel when there are so many possibilities.
