Very disappointing and misleading experience. I repeatedly confirmed connecting rooms via Booking.com and was assured in writing that every effort would be made. Upon arrival, we were told this was “not possible” due to room type differences, which was untrue (the rooms only differed by bed configuration). When we decided to leave and pay for one night only, staff tried to force us to pay the full amount. Only then did they suddenly offer connecting rooms, proving they were available all along. This behavior was dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Prices have increased significantly compared to last year, while service quality has dropped to an unacceptable level. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not return.

good hotel, a bit expensive , but as per location - just next to the sky train green line. except of drinking water at the room, everything you need to pay for. pool is semi air open (few windows). staff is nice one. the restaurants are excellent but expensive... I was not told by the staff that the best drag show is located in the hotel, and petty about it, cause it probably was a nice attraction, and I think that as hotel guest you should be able to join the show in less minimum offer (5k baht) , and do it for hotel guest as per number of guest (as I was solo traveller , it doesn't make sense to pay 5k per the entire table) the drag show option for hotel guests are same as the outside comers :(

The location is very central, just near the train station and very close to all the main malls. The staff is very nice and helpful and approved late check-out without any extra charges.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety and very attentive staff. The club lounge staff were polite and helpful. The hotel’s central location was also convenient. The payment process caused significant inconvenience. At check-in my card was taken for 9,000 THB as a pre-authorization for the room and deposit. At checkout, I was asked to pay again in full for the stay plus meals. This left the 9,000 THB unavailable on my card for more than 10 days, so I could not use it, and my wife’s card had to be charged instead. Check-in also felt chaotic, with several staff speaking at once, and one staff member asked what time we were checking out (!) in a way that felt uncomfortable. The Junior Suite was smaller than expected, with worn furnishings, a slow-draining sink, and a view directly over a large, old rooftop.

Hotel is quite old and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The location is perfect close to everything yet very quiet. The front desk service was exceptional! A special thanks to the amazing staff members Tiger, Famons, and May they were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. This hotel will definitely be my top choice whenever I visit Bangkok again! Location and their staffs

Location n friendliness about the staff in the hotel The dirty broken carpet under the bed n the water tap's shape on the basin is hard to use. I was staying at 1607 n the room is noisy can may b is near the lifts.
