After the trouble i had when i first arrived in Bangkok , i appreciated the way i was helped out

Staff friendly. Room decent size. Can sit outside on small terrace, No kettle in room, had to go to lobby hot water, location down a side street, not the best location for tourist attractions, but only 20-30 minuses taxi ride away, restaurant on site but not open on our visit. Too much clutter in room.

The rooftop floor bedroom very nice and give a sense of privacy.

Everything is as it looks in the picture. It had a very vintage rustic look. They cleaned the rooms and made sure we had sufficient water for drinking and clean bathing towels. The staff was really helpful and friendly There was definitely a smell of mould or water leakage. There was alot of dols all over the house. Made it creepy. The Spa had closed down . The gym area closed down aswell. The shower ceiling was breaking up. Didn't really like the surrounding area.

This relates to family room on top floor, we were booking family corner room but I believe got other. There are lots of rooms in this facility, I would call it home hotel (bed&breakfast type). Room we got was huge with lots of furniture (tables, chairs, sofa) - there are three main zone - living room, kitchen and bedroom. Room is on the top floor with outside live garden on the balcony - surely can enjoy evenings there - available table and chairs outside. On the other side of the room there is a balcony. I honestly believe that 5-10 years ago it was a very nice place to stay and was fully booked all times. First impression was a dirt on the floor in the room, either you have to wipe the floors your self or walk in your shoes. Same as floor, dust was on top of all objects in the room, I am sure it was not cleaned for a month or over. For two nights of our stay no one turned up to clean the room. Everything in this facility has aged and proper renewal required. I will never choose to stay at this place, especially with kids again. Carpark lot is right outside on the street, I definitely cannot say that this is parking space, you can park same any other place of narrow streets of city. There are no restaurants anywhere near by (I consider 30 mins walk area), only one pizza place and a lot of street food on mornings and evenings. Price seems to be attractive but I am 100% sure you can find more decent place for same money.

The customer service was great and the staff were accommodating, The beddings were not changed during the six nights we stayed; they should be changed at least every two days. Our towels were not changed at all during our stay, which should be done daily. Additionally, there was no study table, although I did not request one. We were there for exam preparation. Lastly, there were no bathroom slippers provided.
