Cool vibe, nice design

This is a lovely hotel with a fantastic pool area. It's very well designed with fun interior. The location is good too. The view is unreal and the service is great at the pool bar, we also had dinner at the rooftop restaurant in which we had an equally good experience. Two staff members in particular, Ron and Def at the pool bar went above and beyond and really made our stay.

Very trendy hotel with modern outfit. Rooms are spacious and a good airco. If you keep it running through the day, you can turn if off during the night for less noise. Bath room is compact but complete. Bar/restaurant doubles as breakfast room in the morning. Breakfast is a buffet with continental, Thai and mediterranean items, and an egg stand for pancakes/omelettes, with a very friendly baker. Some of the items and juices change every day, so there's something new to try every morning. The staff is very polite, friendly and accommodating. You must check-out before noon - but you can leave the luggage at the concierge, ànd you can get a shower room to freshen up before your evening/night flight at no extra cost, which is a very nice touch ! The hotel is situated in a very vibrant part of town, close to shopping malls. Inside the rooms, it is quiet, expect some background music throughout the hotel - but especially outside, it can get very noisy with traffic. If you want to recover, walk the 300m to the Jim Thompson house, or take the metro to Lumpini park Opposite the hotel is a BTS metro end station which runs to BKK airport; 3 stations further down, you can transfer to the regular metro we have no complaints about the hotel. Be advised the metro skirts, but doesn't enter the old city center: expect to walk quite a lot, or to succumb to tuk-tuk rides and/or Grab/Bolt car hail services (yet anticipate traffic jams). Bolt is cheaper, Grab has more drivers. The metro stations have no overlay charts of the line's stations with the city landmarks - such maps are available at the hotel concierge desk. Plan your visits thoroughly in terms of opening hours: we often had locals claiming a landmark was closed, in order to steer you to another one - with a tuk-tuk or taxi of their choice ...

Everything Water leaked through window during big storm but didn’t ruin my experience

Both rooms remain dirty during the stay. Rooms are extremely small

I loved the decorations. The hotel looks amazing. Nothing.

Wonderful breakfast, great location, attentive staff and modern design. The water in shower was underwhelming and a few power outlets didn’t work.

Nice location, the staff is friendly but more to work on hospitality compared to other 5 starts hotels in Bangkok. the hotel is renovated but still the facilities are not in shape, you can see that it’s a very old building. Rooms acoustics is bad. Don’t take the breakfast, better to do by cart.

Prime location, great restaurants and bars. The king bed was actually 2 twin beds attached. But it was ok

I did not like the bathroom at all. Needs major updating. You literally had to climb up to get into tub. Once in tub you can see so much dirty debris above ceiling.

The professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness shown by all staff members made my experience truly enjoyable and memorable. I would especially like to recognize Ms. Tina from the Concierge Desk. She was exceptionally helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. She always provided valuable advice regarding how to deal with local taxi drivers and was consistently welcoming, with a warm smile that made us feel comfortable and appreciated at all times. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sam from the Front Office team. During my stay with my family, we experienced an air-conditioning malfunction in our room. After several unsuccessful attempts to repair the issue, Mr. Sam took the initiative to resolve the situation by upgrading us to a better room. In addition, he generously arranged a six-hour late check-out as compensation for the inconvenience we experienced. His professionalism, understanding, and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. I would like to sincerely thank both Mr. Sam and Ms. Tina for their exceptional service and outstanding professionalism. I kindly request that the hotel management convey my gratitude and appreciation to them for their excellent efforts. Their dedication reflects the hotel’s commitment to selecting the right people to successfully implement its vision of attracting guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and creating memorable experiences. Such excellent service also contributes positively to promoting Thailand as a welcoming and attractive tourist destination.
