The staff was nice and the breakfast was good The room had a very bad smell of old room the curtains barely worked. I felt like I was going to break them. The outside balcony was black with dust. My feet were completely black when I came back inside there was no light to sleep in the blinds with clank back-and-forth. The location was not good. All in all my day was not good. I ended up leaving after one night and I booked a four night day and I did not get a refund.

They have snooker tables to play.cleaner air than the main city. No traffic. Large rooms, some with large balconies. Clean rooms. Nice housemaids. Easy to taxi to downtown. Not too expensive.old hotel lent to comfortable feel. Very tasty food. Roust guests made for a sleepless night. Pool was old. Breakfast was sold as a set. Charged for everything down to the coffee in the lobby. Far from downtown.very little to do around hotel. Far from BTS. Traffic is hell coming from city center.high taxi rates coming back from city. Restaurant meals very small.

It's great hotel, the staff were nice with us since we arrived, very friendly and caring. I recommand you to come here because it has not a lot of noisy tourists so it's great to relax. Plus it offers a lot of services, and all equipment were working. We asked for a calm room and they gave it. The pool could get better if the seats, and around floor were cleaned like every morning, also the pool floor is very slippery. Only one or two staff persons speak english fluently. The laundry service is a bit over expensive.

Nice clean large room with a fabulous view of the city lights at night If advertising in booking .com staff need a better command of English .Staff was very pleasant and helpful but communication was very hard they also need to have more leaflets/ instructions in English. More westerns options on the menu would help .I can't fault the value for money here.

The room was relatively large and it was cheap. Relatively close to Bangkok airport. You get what you pay for. Breakfast was terrible and cold showers. Do yourself a favour and spend the extra dollars on a more upmarket hotel especially if you're only staying the night. Location was isolated but it was close to airport. I realised this hotel is more catered for Chinese customers after I checked in. I can't say this is a 4 star more like a 3 tbh
