Stayed in the double room with private bathroom, comfy and clean bed and rooms, calm area day and night, well working air conditioned, good electric plugs, fast wi-fi, towels provided and nice staff. Ten minutes walking distance to Khaosan road and a few nice restaurants nearby. Thanks : )

Quite a peaceful place to stay and walking distance to a few tourist spots. There was no lift and we stayed on the top floor (4th Floor). So it was a mini cardio workout every time we return to our room.

Staff was kind, quiet location but close enough to major attractions like Khao San road. Delicious restaurants nearby as well. I liked the no shoes policy which made the hotel very clean. Air conditioning works well and bathroom/sheets are very clean.

The property is tucked away in a quieter area not too far from Kho San Road. It’s well maintained, clean and a good place to rest your head at night.

The staff was absolutely lovely, the place was clean, and the bed was SO comfy (Seriously! So comfy!!! Had great sleep). The location is great, with a bunch of restaurants and massage places 5-10min walk away. Grand palace and Wat Arun were within half hour walk from the guesthouse, and there is also express boat pier nearby.

U-need Guesthouse95 is in a great location in Old Town, about a five minute walk from the Khaosan Road area. This meant it was close to restaurants and bars, without having to deal with the noise at night. There is someone working at the desk at all times and I felt safe staying here. The young man that was in-charge of the hotel was friendly and greeted me with a smile every time I arrived. They also provide bottled water free of charge. I thought the room was large and the bathroom was adequate. The air-conditioning was nice for getting away from the heat. The water was warm enough to shower comfortably. I have stayed at other guesthouses in the area and I think this one provided the best value so far. I had a great stay here and would not hesitate to return.

Stayed here twice already. Super clean, affordable, nice staff, close to Khaosan and other tourists sites but tucked away in a alley so its nice and quiet and you get a good night sleep. Best guesthouse in the area for sure!

Very good place for the money. We really like the location for the quietness. They keep it very clean and the people at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. This is my fourth time staying here and I will stay here again. Everything was good.

My only complaint is if you’re a light sleeper, you may hear the other guests slamming the doors because the doors were difficult to open and close. Also, the towels need to be replaced. Other than that it was a great deal for what you pay!

Staff was very friendly, hotel was super cleaned and looked very nice. Room was cleaned every day. Location is close to khao san road and just a bolt drive away from other nice places. Low in price, 100% recommend this hotel!!

The room was crystal clean and I felt very safe here, which made my stay comfortable. The location is also very convenient, being close to Khao San Road. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, but it’s still cozy. One thing to keep in mind is that the birds around can get quite loud in the morning, which woke me up a few times. However, I think that's a pretty common experience everywhere. Overall, it was a great place to stay! silvia_adina on instagram for more! In Thailand, you need to take off your shoes everywhere, which might feel a bit odd at first for Europeans. While it can be a little annoying, I ended up loving it—it really allowed me to experience Thailand to the fullest.
