Great location and quiet. Room 309 perfect for 3 persons with great space. Breakfast need to improve. Front desk staff should smile more. Room not clean well enough. There was a used powder puff in the bathroom. Rain shower need to change as water goes everywhere. The fishing net not safe, some area start to torn apart. Bathtub is big but need maintenance.

Location and food (breakfast was awesome) , staff helped with luggage, room as described ! No elevator, the water didn’t get hot but we only stayed one night so we didn’t complain

The room was decent but looked outdated with peeling vanity and walls. There were several issues during my stay but since I was short on time and had a strict itinerary I stayed. The breakfast was great and so were the women that assisted with breakfast each morning. There are plenty of working space areas for the travelers in the common area. Lots of restaurants nearby that are walking distance. I wouldn’t book again and instead would go with Aloft around the corner. There was a huge roach in my room, none of my outlets worked near the bed, tv wasn’t functional. Toilet area is awkward. The shower was flooding.

Overall a very nice hotel. Off a side street so it is nice and quiet. Rooms were big, had cute themes and comfy beds. Nothing negative to comment.

Only minor criticism would be the location being not the most walkable especially after a long day of exploring, but still easily 10 minutes to get somewhere for a bite to eat and then maybe 15 minutes to the main road if you don't use the shuttle. Wouldn't keep me from staying there again.

The cafe/lobby was nice and quiet and there were work stations to get some work done. The room served our needs. The rooms needed a bit of a renovation. Only one plug in the room worked. The rest popped out a few seconds afger plugging in a charger. In the room the soaps werent full and there was little toilet paper. This was sorted upon request. The standard room were a bit small.

Breakfast was decent and location was also good (although it's still a 10-15 mins walk to the nearest BTS) The design of the shower room is totally exposed to the bedroom (extremely cold if air conditioning is on) with only one door for either the toilet or shower so might be awkward if there is another person staying with you.

I loved this hotel! It's cozy and clean, the staff are so amazing and the bed was the most comfortable I slept in! Plus the location is very central too. My room was huge! The breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch. Nothing I can think of.

I just loved my stay here. The staff make this boutique hotel feel so warm and homey ??? The coffe and breakfast are lovely and they offer a free shuttle to the sky trains until 7pm! Could have used a plug by the bed but if that’s the only thing then no complaintes.
