It was generously sized, making it feel more like a retreat than just a hotel room. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect blend of character, convenience, and unforgettable views. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable riverside stay. I didn’t really dislike anything about the hotel. The bed was a little firm, and some care is needed when getting in and out of the shower-bath, but these were minor points compared to the overall experience.

The staff are very friendly and helpful We enjoyed our stay for 5 nights The room is spacious and the interior were very nice There's laundry service two minutes walk and very reasonable prices The restaurant inside is very nice and the view was amazing

Shower area is for mountain climbers. Luckily, I am one. Not for the faint of heart. There was nothing I did not like.

Beautiful restaurant at the waterfront. The staff helped with decorating the room for Valentines which was an immense help! There is (as with all waterfront hotels in Bangkok) a bit of noise from the canal, with the low frequencies from boat engines sounding through. The view, location and the room made it all worthwhile.

Beautiful room. The AC worked well. The bed was comfy. Everything was very clean. Nice view of the river and bridge (but not any buildings of note). The breakfast restaurant on the property was good but not great. The staff were very helpful. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Great location to tuck into along the river. Amazing staff, large clean room, great views of the river, super close walking distance to restaurants, shops, and sightseeing for Banglamphu / Old Town. The bed was very very firm which is pretty common but I prefer a slightly softer bed. Otherwise it was perfect.

Great views. Beautiful room. The food was really good, and the staff went out of their way to make it a great weekend! Thank you so much! It’s a little bit difficult to find, down a very narrow road, but that added to its charm!

I love how decorative this hotel was. There’s so many beautiful touches at this property. It reminded me of a Barbie Dream house. Also it’s very quiet and peaceful. We had a room with The view of the river and it was an excellent choice I don’t like the the property management locks the front gate at a certain time, almost like a curfew. Which makes it very difficult to come and go as you please. We had to hop the fence twice to come back at night and leave early in the morning.

Good location easy walk anywhere Small room for a junior suite. Shower located in the bath was bordering on dangerous to climb in and out. Shower head was loose and annoying

Quiet with a great view of the river. Friendly staff too I booked this room because of the view and the fact that it had a bathtub. Unfortunately the way they installed the bathtub was something a tweaker would do. I have a bad back and found it almost impossible to get in and out of the tub. Do not book this room if you have any mobility issues because it will be incredibly difficult and dangerous to get in and out of the tub. It’s not safe if you have any mobility problems.

The location of the hotel is great and the rooms are large and clean. The beds are incredibly hard. Uncomfortably so. And there are almost no staff. To check out in the morning there was no one at the hotel at all. No one at reception, in the restaurant or even a night watchman. We just had to leave the key and didn’t get our cash deposit back. But it raised a bigger issue of security. The front gate was unlocked. The front door was unlocked and all the rooms keys were on the desk. Literally anyone could wander in off the street and have access to any part of the hotel. Truly worrying and a disappointing lack of basic standards. We waited for an hour in the morning for someone to turn up before giving up and having to head to the airport. The hotel itself is nice. But having no staff at all around in the morning is a real problem.

Style Took deposit 2,000 but if the guest CO in the early morning to catch the flight and deposit in Euro, what u should do because Reception is open at 10:00am - 22:00. U gonna let them wait in the morning?
