Lovely room with nice private view onto the internal courtyard. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the staff very attentive. We also enjoyed having foot massages at the onsite spa. There was also a happy hour for some afternoon cocktails by the pool. Our 8yr old loved the pool slide too.

The location is close to Iconsiam. There is a LEk Massgae parlor inside the resort. The convenient store inside the hotel is another nice touch The property is dated. It needs to be refreshed with new upholsteries in the lobby, towels, and bed sheets in the guest rooms

Being from United States where service is in extinction, I was really impressed with their kindness and service. I was little skeptical thinking that I'm not familiar with the name of the hotel, yet I booked. I don't regret at all. I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer

Very comfortable with spa and convenience store. BTS close by as well as River Boat and Icon Siam. Restaurant served good breakfast and we ate dinner there several times. Food was good quality and tasty. Restaurant staff at dinner were friendly. Housekeeping - we were there for 8 nights. Housekeeping made beds, changed towels and emptied the garbage but I don't think they ever cleaned the shower or face basin or the sink in the kitchen. After a few days it starts to show. Also they didn't refill the bottles with shampoo etc or the tissues. They always got to our room almost at 4pm. Also one of the reasons we booked this hotel is because it said it had self service laundry facilities. These facilities were in the parking garage. It was hot and dirty. The floor had garbage. You wouldn't want any of your clothes dropping on the floor. The outside of the machines, the table etc were all dirty. We put our clothes in the washing machine and loaded the coins but the machine would not start and no one was able to help us. The whole experience with the laundry services was frustrating and very unusual from our other experiences with this hotel.

Close to Icon siam, Grab-food locker, Lawson Breakfast, weak shower water pressure and loose bathroom tile.

Great views of the river from the rooms. Good size rooms. Lawsons convenience store on site was handy. Shortcut walk to Icon Siam was great. Great swimming pool. Friendly staff and easy check in. Didn't offer smoking rooms and felt naughty smoking on the balcony. There was nothing else not to like.

The hotel’s location was definitely one of its strongest points, as it was very convenient for getting around the area. My experience was affected by the fact that the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay. This resulted in a lot of noise and dust, which made the environment uncomfortable at times. That said, it would have been important to be informed in advance about the renovations, as this had a direct impact on the comfort of my stay. With better communication, the experience would have been much more positive.

I liked the location. 10 minutes walking to the mall. Quiet. Great staff. Especially security next to main entrance and staff in the restaurant for dinner. They are always ready to help. Breakfast was good too. We had 1 bedroom room but the bedroom and sitting area was connected with a slide only. There should be at least a curtain or a slide with no window. Baby sleeping in the room can hear us, see the light and cannot sleep comfortably and wake up. We did not like this. There are tones of mosquitos on lobby.

Breakfast buffet was large and fresh, location was great, balcony didn't have a good view but was still nice for sitting and to have a place to hang swimsuits, staff was very friendly, pool was large and had great sitting areas with sun or shade, quick laundry service. Hair dryer didn't work and was never fixed/replaced when I reported it twice. Outside of breakfast, the restaurant food was just ok and overpriced. The room had been somewhat updated but the paint job was messy, one of the ceiling lights didn't work and it had a very awkward door to access the bathroom. Clearly an older hotel that had nice amenities, but some areas had been updated nicer than others. Overall was still a good value.

Very pleasant. Loved the popcorn and constant supply of water! Staff very nice! I was disappointed we weren’t on the boat/ferry schedule for pick up. Breakfast needed more cheese that was not processed! Twice we went to the dining room for pizza and twice we were told there was none! No explanation, no time given when it would be available! The lounge chairs at the pool needed pads to make comfortable.

The view was great from our high room. The kitchen as great, the pool beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. We did a few tours to Chiang Rai and around the city. As luck would have it we arrive right at the time for the most beautiful flower festival. Thank you Chiang Mai. We almost forgot Nimman One WOW The bed was way too hard. We were a little isolated from the walled city but it's a short GRAB ride.

Friendly staff, nice pool The wifi wasn’t working at all and it was a problem cause I had to work. I asked to fixed it but they didn’t. Considering the price we paid there should have been decent WIFI

Get your massage in the resort!

The room was modern and comfortable, and the AC worked great. The staff was kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Our room was supposed to have a river view, but we ended up mostly looking at the other wing of the hotel. The bathroom tiles had mold; it is an easy fix. The location was OK, but getting to the main attractions involved crossing the river, which meant heavy traffic. At breakfast, the bread-cutting station did not have a towel to hold the bread! Everybody was using their bare hands to cut the bread.... Again, another easy fix.

The hotel is close to the river making for great access to shopping and entertainment . The bed was too hard, but other than that it was amazing!
