Maureen at front desk was amazing and full of information about restaurants and activities in the area!!! Parking was awesome and proximity to park was wonderful!

Wonderful staff and lovely accommodation. Very simple but clean, well maintained and just generally lovely all around, including fluffy towels and a really warm and helpful team. Ideal location very close to all major attractions in the town but a short walk away so you are not in the middle of the madness. We will surely be back.

It felt like home! A big room with comfy bedding and light to firm pillows. The property was precious and I felt like a true guest! The front desk lady spent a long while giving us the lay of the land, and it was very helpful!!! I’m coming back!! The location was very walkable to the downtown area and grocery store as well as several restaurants, and precious buildings. If you want to feel like home…stay here!

I have zero negative things to say. Highly recommend for any visit to BH or Acadia!

As many have mentioned, the owner and staff are absolutely delightful. They are ready and willing to supply recommendations and even go above and beyond to make the most of your stay. Free coffee in the office, two chairs and a table outside your door, and included parking spot. The location was perfectly centralized for our needs -- a close walk to downtown, but also a quiet street away from the larger crowds and right near the roads both to Cadillac and the northern shore restaurants. So little - but would've been nice to have body wash and conditioner in addition to the provided shampoo (but may have just been a housekeeping oversight, and frankly we didn't ask).

I liked everything about this place! Everything is close. We walked to restaurants, stores and to the pier water front. The ladies working there were so helpful and soooo nice with us. Rooms are so nice and clean
