Positives: complimentary water & snacks, free parking. Negatives: hot water was inconsistent, key card needed replacing every day. Overall, worked for what we needed!

Great location, close to Cadillac mountain for a Sunrise drive. Good size rooms for families. Friendly staff and good breakfast

Room is clean , staff are helpful, parking is easy .

The location was fantastic. Quick 10 min walk and you’re in the centre of Bar Harbor. Some maintenance issues with our room (#214) - door sticking, signs of tiredness - but the location more than made up for it.

Fresh Blueberry Muffins and danish were great, good selection of coffee. Front desk young lady helped us pick the perfect restaurant! Loved the pet friendly room and nice beds and loud fan on air conditioning unit helped us sleep well. Walking distance to town!

We booked this on a whim because options were limited and I didn't plan well. We were pleasantly surprised! This is not a fancy resort and you won't get a nice lounge, Continental breakfast, outside hang out space, etc. but the staff are friendly and helpful. They printed the Park Pass for us at the desk, free of charge. They constantly keep snacks out - crackers, kind bars, Cliff bars, juices, and bottled water. Any other hotel charges for those items. These are free and available 24/7. The room was clean, but basic. No frills or anything fancy. Everything we needed to be out all day enjoying Acadia and Bar Harbor and sleeping at night. Definitely would stay again!

Very cute hotel, good curbside appeal, room was clean and neat, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious and clean, parking was very convenient. The hotel was near Acadia National Park and was near the tourist shops.

The room was clean enough We had a room on the first floor and the people staying in the room above us stopped until 11:30 at night and started back up again at 4:30am. We paid over three hundred dollars for the priveledge to get almost no sleep. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable and also did not help the situation. At 5 am I informed the desk person that we would be checking out and not spending the additional night we had planned on.

Location is great. Rooms are comfortable. Continental breakfast and coffee were excellent. Water and juice all day! .

Great proximity to downtown Bar Harbor. It's just a short walk to shopping, dining, shuttle bus and the waterfront. Park your car here and you don't need it again. Room was clean and staff was friendly.
-
Otherwise breakfast was non existent and room was smelly.. balcony overlooks parking lot no need to pay extra

This was one of 3 places we stayed on our first trip to Maine and was by far the best of the bunch. It was clean, felt safe, good value, within walking distance to town. Breakfast was continental but decent, coffee was good. Best part was that the lobby was stocked with water, juice, coffee, and good packaged snacks. It helped so much stave off hunger because it took a bit of time for four people to shower and dress after spending the day having fun.

Very clean facility and helpful staff. A continental breakfast with coffee was offered daily, and healthy snacks 24/7. Motel is a short walk into Bar Harbor with many restaurant options, also home base to the Island Explorer shuttle system. My daughter and I were able to get around without a car. No pool or other outdoor facilities, which was the only downside.
