We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at QAR. It is in a great location, just off one of the primary streets for shopping and dining. The ability to park our car easily was much appreciated. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We did have one day of our stay where our rooms weren't cleaned/refreshed, but when we reported it, the staff was apologetic and ensured that service was handled the next day. The continental breakfast and coffee were great, and we enjoyed comfortably sitting out on the front porch to dine in the bright sunshine. We would definitely stay here again and have already discussed doing so again next year.

This is such a wonderful property! Five stars! The room was large, and the bed was so comfortable! The welcome drink was much appreciated! The staff couldn’t have been nicer. A great way to visit Bar Harbor for the first time!

Beautiful place! We had a king room with fireplace ! It was stunning! But it did have a little smell from the fireplace. Also, got a little hot sleeping with air unit off to the side. But loved walking everywhere!

Would stay here again. Nice spot and close to all the stuff in town.

Great place. Large clean room. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Walk to downtown. Nice front porch to enjoy coffee and breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

No blackout curtain liners in our room and our room was on a balcony where the inn leaves the lights on all night which made it difficult to sleep and offered no real privacy with sheer curtains. Dusty old silk trees in common areas were awful. fake roses in breakfast room; tacky items sitting haphazardly on furniture and mantels like a silk christmas poinsettia in the month of August. NO one is supervising the overall care of the living areas of the property. feel of a boardig house not a high quality inn.

Breakfast food was good, plenty of it. It was nice sitting out in the front porch enjoying the awesome weather. Place was clean. The mattress was horrible. Way too soft, just sunk in the middle for us. Girlfriend was unable to sleep at all the 2nd night.

Super clean. Friendly staff. 10 minute walk to everything. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Porch area and cute small rooms to hang out. The breakfast was very poorly done. They could easily change that. For example the eggs in crockpot are served on top of the guest computer desk. Gross sad set up.

The breakfast was the weakest point of the stay. It was the usual hotel, quick breakfast fare; yogurt, packaged bagels, scrambled eggs, juices etc. Didn't really expect more. We ate it one day and went out the following.

Beautiful property and excellent location. We were greeted with complimentary champagne and a coupon for a discounted drink at the on-site bar. We arrived too early for check in, but they allowed us to go ahead and park our car, so we didn't have to pay for parking as we explored town. We didn't eat the breakfast that was provided, so can't give an opinion on it.

We only stayed one night but enjoyed the location, which is central to any place we wanted to go. The staff was courteous, especially the Jamaican girll who was filling in as bartender. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast is advertised as light (which it was), but coordinating with a local bakery for fresh pastries instead of the store-bought offerings would be an easy ways to elevate the stay.

Staff was great and helpful. Property was quiet and rooms were excellent. Close to pretty much everything from bike rentals to restaurants. Only used the car 1 time to go to Arcadia Park. Waterfront was roughly a 10 minute walk.
