Hotel Ciutadella Barcelona

Very nice hotel. Staff were extremely helpful with our many questions , directions, restaurants help with phone charging & getting taxi to airport. Great and thank you

A bit expensive, but so is every good hotel in barcelona.

Our room was located on an upper floor, right on the corner. No outside noise! We arrived on a very hot day, and air conditioning was welcome. Breakfast choices were abundant, and very good. Front desk staff was very helpful, with restaurant recommendations, and directions. We were very happy with our stay.

Location was perfect. The room was as described, clean and comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing and very accommodating. We did not have breakfast at the hotel.

The hotel was in a convenient location. The room was very spacious and comfortable allowing for a good rest at the end of an exhausting day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect for walking to anything we needed during our stay. Its right on the main street. The balconies form the room overlooked the street and side ally we kept them open every time we were in the room. Water in the shower was super hot. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning every day. the front staff was always polite and catered to us. My only recommendation is to get another parking garage clicker or pass. If you pay for parking, they have their own private garage but anytime you come or go you have to grab an employee to walk or ride with you.

Very close to the beach and El born, balcony view and good breakfast AC not working in both of our rooms and rooms/floor not properly cleaned. Wifi was not always working properly

Location is very good, right in the center of tourist attractions. Breakfast is well above average, regional products, well maintained, very good value- highly recommended! Reception staff is extremely nice and thinking forward, going an extra mile! Improves the overall rating and impression. Special thanks to Yeray Sun from the reception team! Breakfast, that was superb, but it was served in the basement. Tasteful but dark interior.

Location was ideal between the city centre and the marina.

The breakfast was great. The room clean and comfortable. Location good, 20 min walking to center. The one thing that I didnot like, was, that there was not slippers, robe and other important acssesories. So at all is a good hotel. Staff very friendly ?

Alex and other front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. El Born neighborhood was right across the street and exceeded expectations with wonderful shops, restaurants and events. We were an easy walk away from the waterfront. Would definitely stay at this hotel when I return to Barcelona. We liked everything.

Modern recently renovated hotel in a good location close to Barcelonata Metro. The hotel staff were very helpful. Despite having a room on main road the room was reletively quiet. There is a small fridge in the room which was useful for storing milk or cold drinks. The selection of tea/coffee in the room is limited with no milk/creamer provided. When i asked about this i was told to go to the supermarket across the road to buy milk! No iron or ironing board in the room. No full length mirror in the room. Seems to be very much overpriced at 220 euros per night and 16 euros for breakfast. I would expect it to be closer to 150 per night.
