Great location. Good a/c in the summer heat. The lobby is very small with limited space and no seating area if you want to chill without going to the restaurant downstairs.

Great location with easy access to the Old Town, the beach, and Sagrada Família. The hotel kindly accommodated our request and gave us side-by-side rooms with a courtyard view and a terrace. Breakfast was varied and good, with dishes cooked to order in the kitchen. Check-in and check-out were very quick and easy. The receptionist gave us great tips on what to do in the city. Our grandchild loved the rooftop pool, even though it was quite small. The first cup of coffee was fresh and tasty, but unfortunately, the second cup we ordered tasted very bad every single morning. The bartender had a hard time making a simple evening cocktail (it felt like her very first day on the job). The taxi booked through the hotel could have been cleaner and in better condition.

Comfy beds and good ac Lifts took forever. Entirely lacked soul. Gent like it was trying to be chic and wasn't being anything. Felt corporate. Have stayed at this chain once since and it was by accident - I'm going to avoid it in future

לוקיישן מעולה, יופי של מלון, הכל מצויין מלבד זה שברוב השהות שלנו היו שיפוצים בחדר שלידנו שדי טמטמנו לנו את המוח השיפוצים שהיו במשך כמה ימים והיו מאוד לא נעימים בבקרים וכשהתלוננו בקבלה אמרו לנו שאין שיפוצים במלון על אף שראינו אותם משפצים בחדר הצמוד לנו
