Everything was perfect: easy check in, solid room, they offer electric converters and mobile hotspots (kid loved this) as available, and THE VIEW from the roof top pool omg gorgeous, and excellent breakfast every morning. We stayed a week so would have liked shelves or dresser to unpack into - but this was minor in compared to the free use of washing machines, free laundry detergent, pool, breakfast, and perfect location.

Desk staff was friendly Ignore the emoji which I was not allowed to change. Desk staff not super knowledgeable about travel ideas in Spain and maybe one should not expect that. That said, they are super helpful snd cheerful in the hotel! There were a few good recommendations for local restaurants. Desk is super busy as there are groups checking in all the time sometimes big groups. I used the hotel as my base as I went around Spain and was always greeted with a warm welcome! Great young people who have your best interest at heart!

Very clean comfortable room amazing views on the rooftop and added bonus of a pool and free happy hour next door in their sister Motel Not much shade up on the rooftop near the pool as it consisted of just one umbrella as the other one was broken so when it got very hot was hard to stay up there for long
