Perfect location!

This is an absolutely lovely apartment in a perfect location in the gothic quarter. The beds (including the pullout sofa) were very comfortable and everything was very clean. I would absolutely stay here again. There was nothing I didn't like. My only comment to future guests is that the process for doing the code to get into the apartment is initially complicated until you figure out how to do it. Don't worry. You will figure it out but I highly recommend watching the video in the app they send you.

The location is amazing! Great value for money!
-
All main amenities provided Lovely balconies and windows Elevator was very small Two single beds in the main bedroom instead of one queen or king bed A/c worked but keeping windows open helped more with cross ventilation

The location was amazing! The pillows are hard.

Location was great, apartment was clean, and appreciated having kitchen while in Barcelona No complaints at all

Could not beat the location. Close to everything but quiet in the evenings. Nice-sized apartment. We had 3 people and it was more than comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to stay in and cook, but there were so many good restaurants close by that we never did. Very easy check-in and check-out. One of the beds were uncomfortable

Great to have the Inside Barcelona team in an office downstairs. They booked our departure taxi and stored our luggage on arrival day, they were very friendly and helpful. The location of this apartment is excellent - in the historic centre and close to everything, but tucked into a smaller street so very little noise at night. Lovely bathroom with plenty of shelf space to unpack toiletries. An extra armchair in living room so two people can sit more comfortably. There is a two seater sofa but we like to stretch out after an active day.

Loved the area. Walking distance to most sights. Plenty of restaurant options seps away. Some elevator issues which meant a narrow staircase to climb with luggage. A little tough to find, as Taxi/Uber cannot drive to the entrance. (Pedestrian Only Area)

The suite had everything we needed for our stay and the location was fantastic. It was walking distance to many parts of the city and close to the Metro for those sites a bit further out from the old city Only thing was the street noise on the weekend. It is the heart of El Born so you could have late night noise from the street

The location was fantastic and the apartment was very spacious. I liked having a kitchen, living room, bathroom and separate bedroom. I also liked that there was a bathtub for my son. We had trouble finding the location and the staff was incredibly rude when we asked for help (we asked where the apartment entrance was and he said "did you LOOK at rhe instructions???".with a TON of attitude. We also got LOCKED OUT because the front door broke. The staff is not available after hours so we had to essentially break into the apartment building to get in for the night. There was mold in the bathroom as well, above the window.

The location was amazing! Right in the middle of everything! And the staff couldn’t have been nicer. They make it so easy because the office is right below the apartments. Also, we stayed in August and it was hot but the air conditioning worked so well! Vents in each bedroom and the living area. We didn’t mind, but there were many steps up a narrow stairwell or a very small elevator. Made it feel very cute to us, but might be difficult for those with difficulty navigating many stairs or cramped spaces.

Perfect location in the heart of El Born. Lovely balcony. Nice spacious living area with high ceilings. Great clean bathroom. Bed not that comfortable.

Location! Location! Location! Born was the perfect location for our first time in Barcelona. Traveling with my three daughters- we found it safe and central. Easy acccess 15 minute walk to Barceloneta Beach. Walked everywhere- to all main tourist attractions 20-30 minute walk. Great restaurants close by. Especially Honest Greens right downstairs. Healthy yummy food options. Super easy check in check out.

Love the staff (super helpful and friendly!), the location (relatively quiet and close to lots of shops and restaurants), attractive interior, well-equipped, good shower. Hard mattresses. Not sure I would stay here again, which makes me sad because I really love the place. GET NEW MATTRESSES, or at least foam mattress toppers!

Good location, nice appartment, clean and well fitted out. Safe. Lots of noise from tourists until the wee hours of the morning, not ideal if you have small children Freezer door inside fridge was missing, meaning all foods were frozen solid

Very spacious apartment. The kitchen had a washing machine for clothes, it had a great espresso maker, an oven to cook meals or re-heat food. Air conditioner was fantastic! The information on how to use everything in the apartment was extremely detailed and organized. The management were very nice. The beds were very uncomfortable. If you had to use the bathroom during the night it was on the other side of the apartment. Sofa was small and also not comfortable. You could barely fit two people in the elevator. Did not care for the 4 or 5 steps once you entered into the building, there was no light. The door handle with a code was at first difficult to open. The walls and ceiling above were paper thin, you could hear a chair being moved, conversation, every single noise. Outside was very noisy till way late in the evenings as it was close to bars. There was no one to come and clean, change sheets, replace towels, take out trash etc. We were there for 5 nights.

Location is absolutely perfect. Really loved the neighborhood. Apartment had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. The beds were just "ok" (not bad). And it was noisy at night (but we expected this).

The shower could have some non-skid mat or material. I purchased a bathmat and had no further issues but it might be nice to provide one for future guests.

The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the apartment. If I were to go back to El Born, I would stay there again. I liked the property but if I have to say one thing I didn’t enjoy it would be the staircase. The staircase….hold the railing, go slow and be careful. It adds charm to the apartment but it is a little scary to go up and down. There is a lift … so that’s great. That’s why it is hard to say what is bad because everything was so great. The staff was great.
