Location close to main train station and halal restaurant Very bad breakfast, scrambled eggs are very hard and dry difficult to eat. The Vegetables are not fresh. Finished items are not replaced. Very limited breakfast. I complained to the hotel manager but no improvement next day.

It was clean and the staff was gracious I don’t think it was priced right. It was a little expensive for what was offered. For example, the 20 euro breakfast was not worth the money

The staff were kind and the hotel is only 6 min walk to the train station -Barcelona Sants The building, the bed are old and have bad smell. To cover the 500 old structure smell. They use unpleasant cleaning chemical to cover the structure rotten smell. The chemical smell is son strong which make chest pain and nausea. You are not able to sleep. I will never recommend this hotel until they completely renovate the building

It felt safe The tv was hard to operate and it was very limited offerings. The ac was turned off and u had to call down to the desk to get it turned on. The shower leaked. It was in a weird area.

I loved that the hotel was set in a community and not just in a row with other hotels. It was great seeing the people in the community as they went to work and school and going about their daily lives. You feel like you're involved in the local life. I loved that everything was modern and clean, and I really enjoyed having the Juliet balcony access so I could stand out there and watch the people go by. I really liked that there was a steamer in my room, and I did use it. The staff were always polite and most of them were very helpful. I especially want to commend Nelson who did so much for us when we first got there. I found the shower to be kind of quirky and on the first morning I couldn't figure out how to get it running so I actually called down to the front desk and they sent up somebody to show me how to do it. I also didn't care for the light in the shower going out at times while you were in there. The shower itself was nice and big.

Does not warrant a 4star rating or price , very slow check in, arrived later than expected due to delays but still only 11:30pm and all facilities closed. Room very average and decor very tired, had coffee, tea and milk, no kettle or machine for warming water ??? Why is that ???, eventually persuaded the guy on reception to get me some hot water, even though he kept on saying that the bar was closed, not the best customer service! Also found the beds to be too firm and uncomfortable, breakfast ok

Nice location . Close the the Sants Train station. Small but updated modern rooms. Ours had a balcony but was small and not useful.

It was beautiful. Wonderful breakfast and the staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were so clean and comfortable.
