Búho Boutique Rooms

The location was beyond exceptional. It was right in the center everything. And the balcony was enclosed and jetting out into the city where you got to see the entire city in life while in your pajamas, sipping tea. It was so beautiful. And the inside of the room was wonderful as well. It was a great size with so many detailing. There was huge high ceilings and great air-conditioning. The only thing that wasn’t great was when you enter the building, the stairway is the only way to get up to your room when you’re plugging your stuff and the stairs are mildewy and old carpeted. But as soon as you enter the hotel part, it was luxurious and beautiful.

The location is really good! The room is spacious. The bathroom is cute. We even had two water bottle and two beers free. It was nice. We had great directions to enter the building. Surprisingly, the sound from outside is not bad at all! I thought we were going to hear more of it, but no. So really nice!! The shower was missing a door, so there was water everywhere! Lots of little flies in the room (even on our pillows)...

A nice room in an old historic Barcelona building. Our room faced the Grand Via, so the noise through the night was something to get used to. Also, there is no elevator, so a little hard with luggage.

I like the Location most, I love Balcony! Perfect! There is no kettle in this room, hard to find Hot Water for drink!

I like the area in how close things were around the hotel, restaurants site to visit etc Is was a little hard to get in to the room, one was available to guide trough

The entrance is dirty and has no elevators and is very high (is like going 2 floors up). The bathroom flooded a little because the edge of the shower floor is not high enough to retain the water. Also in the bathroom there is no place like shelves to put your stuff. In general, low ilumination. If you stay one week there you'll finish depressed. Sorry

Great location and a nice room.

I was able to walk to all the attractions that I wanted to see. The front door to the building was very cool, in my opinion The room was tiny and there is no elevator so be mindful of the size and amount of baggage that you would bring here

- Room has a modern finish. Complimentary drinks including water, coffee and beer are provided. - The AC did not sufficiently cool the room to our liking. - The bathroom is small, the access to the shower is quite narrow. - The property is on the 1st floor, there are no lifts so you will have to carry luggage.

There was only tiny cookies and coffee Price too high for size of the room

One of the ladies in reception. there is are no shelves in the toilet. In the morning it is very noisy from the street.

No hot water for shower no lift no help with the bags we had to carry them on steep stairs

Superb

Has good location close to center and public transport. Also a wide range of eating facilities were in close distance. Has no windows for natural light. Beds had a hard mattress. As couldn’t leave a window open for ventilation (because there aren’t windows in the room) it was steamy and stuffy so not pleasant. Bathroom could be cleaned better and tiles on the flood were dirty. Also walls are thin and flimsy one can hear everything from the neighbors including the TV.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Buho Hotel! The location is excellent, we walked to mostly all the main attractions and principal metro/bus stations were 1-5 minutes away. The communication with the host was easy and the check-in/check-out process was smooth, without any problems. The room was cozy and it was cleaned everyday, with coffee and water refill included. We liked that there was a fridge where we kept our food and drinks and also the available room for storing our luggage until our leaving flight. Maybe shower gel instead of conditioner would have been nice. Also some hotel slippers would be a great extra service in the room. A beach blanket or towel would also be a good idea.
