Lovely location, great cleaning services, very pleasant/efficient staff. Great temperature control. Easy check in and check out.

The staff was responsive, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable for my family of 4. You are a little outside the city but easy to take public transport (bus or metro). We ended up taking taxi's to save time too.

It was clean and ok for one night. They charge an extra 100 euros deposit apart from the night and tourist fees which I think are totally excessive and other places do not do this. I will not go back, because I stayed on the night of July 4th and it is the 12th the the refund is not done. There is no one at the front desk until 2:00 pm and until 10:00 pm. I arrived from the airport at around 1:40 am and this was a huge problem.

It was clean My AirPods were stolen from My room. The staff of hotel didn’t respond professionally and to this point I never heard back on updates or apologies from the hotel. I can see my AirPods at a location 1 hour from Barcelona, and in all the years traveling this has never happened to me. Also it’s a very simple hotel, simple bed and bathroom so if you’re use to comfortable you might want to rethink where to stay. They use strong cleaners in the place and I’m sensitive to químicas smells…. Entering the property was overwhelming for my senses. The fact that front desk has restricted hours of operation didn’t make it easy to make requests or asks questions or find someone to report on stolen AirPods.

It was spacious The bed was comfortable, and the TV was big and it had good Internet. The receptionist was in a hurry because she wanted to go and they asked us for €100 for any damage in the room and they told us to pay with card. I told her that I only have cash and she told us that the only way to get the room is to pay with card after a bit. She told us that we can go to another hotel we can pay with cash. It was like five minutes from where we are.

Amazing staff, clean room, close to metro. The lady at the front desk is incredibly sweet and helpful. Location was a bit sketchy

Location is great in a quiet neighborhood but with great access to transportation. Staff is amazing, both front desk lady and cleaning lady. They provide filtered water and there is a small fridge in the room. There are no couches or chairs in the common spaces, nowhere to sit if you have to wait. All the outside places are used as terraces for other rooms so some of the windows are blocked. Triple Room was so small, there was barely any room to move around or store luggage.

I only liked that it was clean and that the beds were comfortable. Mostly everything in this area was closed. Not much to do. I did not like that there is absolutely no one to help you until 2 pm and only until 10 pm. You cannot come inside the property unless someone opens for you. Even any questions, messages needed for assistance , are only answered between 2-10 pm. We were told our room was an “upgrade “ and it was so small and tight for 3 people , we couldn’t get around the room. The shower pressure was not good either.

We loved it. Minimalist, but beautiful and comfortable.? Perfect location for a “girls trip”!? The terrace was cute. On rainy nights the tv with Netflix was lifesaver. Unfortunately we found cockroaches on our very last day. One in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. We were really disappointed about that, but I have lived in Spain before, so I know that their presence is not unusual.?

It was clean and in a quiet area The bathroom door was not working properly. The staff is only during afternoon (after 14 hs) so we had to come back to the hotel in the middle of the day and wait for the receptionist to complete our registration and pay the tourist taxes. It was too expensive for a very small room not in the centre of the city. I would look for something better for that price

No blankets. Desk did not return calls. The room looked like a youth hostel for teenagers.

Check-in is easy. Bed is comfortable. The pressure and the warmth of the water was really nice. Staff was helpful. We hung the flyer (?) so that our room will be cleaned but they forget to do that. The next day they cleaned though.

Accessible to everything. The best rate! The great Housekeping team. And the vibe of the hotel. They gave me a late check out, too! None
