The location is amazing. Metro right outside, <10m. Great views of Montjuïc. The rooms are big, comfortable and services are great. Breakfast was expensive but worth it. Check in took sometime as there was a big queue.

Great location with a train station at the front! Very clean and spacious rooms. Lovely facilities. We had a room for three and there was two beds and a “sofa bed”- which was just a couch with bed sheets. Expected a little more considering it’s a 4 star hotel. Pool was also murky looking during the day and limited pool chairs meant you had no where to sit.

Location excellent for metro and access to city. Taxis outside 24 hours. Pool. Good service, clean and up to date hotel and rooms. Nice attention to detail in hotel. The pool area lacks a bit of attention to detail and is lacking subbed so gets overcrowded and you end up fighting to find a chair. Getting a bed is very very difficult. It’s a small busy pool, little shade and a bit messy from food service not being cleared quickly. Tables a bit sticky and rubbish on floor.

Location, desk staff very helpful, beautiful view outside window and lots to do and see, great metro and bus connections too Cleaning staff on one occasion - 2 days before departure- we had been to beach and there was sand on bathroom floor so when we returned the room was and bathroom was cleaned but the bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned adequately, sand still on floor and some had also got under door so couldn’t walk barefoot and door was making making a terrible noise, asked two times to clean up, when cleaner came several hours later, it was our last night, rude and said we cleaned your room, said floor still dirty, needs done again, she said too busy can’t clean room until tomorrow - we would be gone by then, she also said we dont clean rooms twice. Felt rude and abrupt and unhelpful. Very disappointed with her attitude and lack of empathy or helpfulness. She did actually in the end clean floor when we returned from evening meal.

Location excellent. Room was sizeable with great views of the plaza. Prices of drinks at the pool - €16 for a mojito is very excessive.
