Set just off Barcelona’s famous Las Ramblas, 3 minutes’ walk from central Plaza Catalunya, Catalonia Ramblas 4* Sup features a seasonal outdoor pool with a south-facing terrace, a poolside snack bar and a chill-out area. Housed in a modernist building, all bright and spacious rooms come with a flat-screen satellite smart TV equipped with Chromecast App, free WiFi and tea and coffee facilities. Some have a private terrace with a private pool. Room service is available. The spa at Catalonia Ramblas 4* Sup features a relaxation area. It includes a sauna, a steam bath and a hot tub. Massage and beauty treatments are also available. The hotel’s restaurant, Pelai Restaurant, offers Catalan market cuisine. Dishes cooked on a coal stove are available at the Pelai terrace, a rooftop terrace with a chill-out area with panoramic city views. A buffet breakfast is offered every morning and, on weekends, it is available until 11:00. In the summer months, the terrace is open until 00:00 and has a summer menu, as well as cocktails and milkshakes.

The location is good. The pool area is great We had a room for 4 people. When we arrived at 11pm there was only one bed in the room. This took 45 minutes to sort out late at night with 2 children. They gave us a sheet for the children to sleep with. The next day I had to ask 4 times for a quilt or blanket to be put on the bed. In the bathroom all of the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. It’s these sort of things you shouldn’t expect when paying over £450 per night for a hotel room!

Good size room, comfortable beds, good location, great breakfast and friendly staff. Great for families too and the pool (although could be bigger) was very well organised.

We particularly liked its location, very central. Stay was nice, good selection for breakfast, fresh pressed orange juice was very much appreciated. Swimming pool!

It was a very well maintained hotel jn a fantastic location, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was immaculate and rooms were very spacious. The pool was a brilliant addition in the hot weather.
