Very neat, clean, and convenient. Train station, bus station all near by plus big shopping mall is also on waking distance. Must book again

The TV in the room was massive but it wasn’t a Smart TV, there were only 20 channels in there and no Netflix or other apps. Also the breakfast was overall very good but the eggs weren’t fresh eggs it was kind of a mixture prepackaged, and I wished the fruit selection was bigger.

I was pleased with the selection of food and drinks. good selection of bread, tea and juice.

The only minor drawback was the location. It is a bit farther from the city center and situated in a relatively quiet, isolated area, so you'll need to use public transport or a taxi to reach most of Barcelona's main attractions. Overall, it was a great hotel, and we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was really good. Hotel is located in a quiet area. Mall is close, reasonable walking distance. The charge 18 Euros per parking The room was not exactly what we booked.

The room was clean and spacious. The included breakfast is outstanding. The property is relatively close to a metro stop. The location is in the financial district and not in the typical tourist area. If your going to see the popular tourist things, you should look a litter closer to city center.

Nothing One of the worst property I have ever stayed. A simple basic needs of water they can not manage and it stoped for 2 hrs

Staff extremely helpful Location Parking Loss of water in room for the upper floors not great. Two out of three lifts working so took 15 minutes from 10th floor to lobby...tried the stairs but too many ' emergency exit only' doors in the way! Had to be shown way to parking from the lobby...same as above...no signage and a labyrinth of corridors & doors

The location between the airport and cruise port. The friendly and professional staff made us feel like valued customers. Nothing

Location - perfect, close to metro, bus stops and everything in general. Only 15-20 min away from the Airport and Downtown. There is a big Shopping Center just 5 min walk away. Breakfast - great variety of choice, but the service was very bad. Only 1 coffee machine working while there were 3 of them. Cleanliness - room was not clean. Pillow and the sofa are all dirty and with spots. In the bathroom there were spots around. We even did have a water supply for around 1-1,5 hour Staff - was friendly and helpful. But not all of them, some are super rude. Overall, the expectation from Hilton went down

Staff was extremely belful

Good location. Was clean and well maintained as a whole. Near shopping and fast food restaurants. Felt safe in this area. The room was nice but the sink leaked and the bathroom door was hard to keep closed (pocket door that would leave a gap between the bathroom and bedroom). They were both minor, not huge things to call immediately on so we didn’t say anything.

Lots of choices Items were not replaced quickly when they were gone. Beanies and weinies suck.

Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable
