Honestly I didn’t like nothing on the place, I make a mistake in this booking… I only could say people in the reception was really kind, and near metro station Everything The place is old, is has renovation works but is no enough. Very uncomfortable. Small bathroom, small room , small bed, small elevator , small entrance to circulate with the luggage. No natural light inside. The surroundings feels unsecured, not friendly.

Great location, great front door staff who shared information about local events

Having to leave key at front desk when leaving was a bit of a pain, but overall it was a good stay

The location is excellent, the staff are very helpful, and the hotel is very clean. The bed is also very comfortable. Water spills out and floods the bathroom floor because there is a gap under the shower curtain. Also, there is no refrigerator in the room, though that wasn't a major issue for us.

It was in a lovely neighborhood with great restaurants and bars. The place allowed us to check in early and offered to store our bags when we checked out without us even asking. It was clean, and comfortable. Nothing, I really enjoyed my stay.

AC didn't cool. No mini fridge.

Value for money. Just appropriate for our one night stay in Barcelona. Location is convienient . Local travel easy to get and comfortable . Staff is very helpful . There were no electric kettles in room for making coffee/tea.

Very close to the main attractions. The staff was friendly and the room was just as described.

Super clean, the staff was super friendly, everything was so near, the room had 2 cute little balconies, bathroom had a tub. They hold our luggage on the last day. Everything so perfect. Highly recommend!

Location is very good, we walked everyday everywhere and never had to use transportation. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Nothing I guess.

Tucked away from the busy street, the staff were simply amazing , and the room was quiet. close to subway station and some dinners The pillows were really thin and uncomfortable, thin walls and the street attracts not the best crowd at night( Hotel not to be blamed)

The location and staff There were no towels during some days, we had to go request, and the walls between rooms were too thin, so we didn’t sleep well due to the noise from other rooms

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The location is great. The room is very basic, which is what you'd expect for the price. However, you can hear the other guests talking, and they can be very disrespectful talking loudly at night or early in the morning.
