The property was not the cleanest, but wasn’t terrible. There were hard water spots and build up in the shower along the edges. The bathroom is unique. No shower door and the bathroom door is frosted only which made it awkward; someone can see your nude silhouette. The included breather was very disappointing.

The location was splendid with all locations in the close neighborhood like the La Rambla, Barceloneta etc. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept with 3 persons and we had 3 comfortable beds. The personnel was friendly and helpfull. Great place to stay.

Very helpful staff. Location is central. Clean room. Having a mini fridge and microwave would be a great addition to the rooms.

Staff were nice If you are okay with a stiff bed, a toilet, no place to open your suitcase , and feeling like you are eating in a high school cafeteria you’re all set.

Bed...wished it was one, rather than twin

No one checked who was using the breakfast room and lobby. Unfortunately, someone stole my purse with my passport, license, credit cards, health cards, euros, dollars, & costume jewelry. Due to this, I wasn't able to board my cruise ship and arrangements had to be made to house us, pay for a new passport & photos, and find transportation to the next port. Also, my cell phone was taken. That was at least $1000 that was unexpected!!

Room was clean and comfortable, centrally located, breakfast was excellent! Will Definetly be back again!!
