Everything was great

Location, general cleanliness and staff behaviour One of the beds was broken and my kid almost fell off

The room and toilet were clean The room was too basic. No fridge, intercom, tea (cups, kettle, etc).

The staff were so friendly. And also patient as I practiced my Spanish on them - which is far from fluent!

Friendly staff and a clean room. The hotel was easy to access and located nearby the tram, metro, convention center and beach. The hotel was as expected, nothing not to like.

Liliana!! She’s amazing, so hospitable, made me feel like family, she’s the perfect face to first see upon arrival!! Cozy rooms with space for luggage, great location! Bathroom could have been cleaner but overall it didn’t really affect our stay. Didn’t have typical shampoo but there’s many places to buy some. Had a small market nearby for water and other things!

Friendly staff with good English skills. Slightly early check-in. Room was clean and quiet. I found the pre-payment process confusing, but it turned out to be legitimate.

Clean and modern, no major issues Had a ground floor apartment right by reception so a little noisy and also disabled bathroom that was fully open and had seat in shower in way

Friendly and open-minded morning shift manager. Prompt response to any our wishes and normally she is a problem solver. TV set in the room is senseless due to lack of channels and absence of English dubbing or subtitles. The night shift administrator seems to me busy rather with himself then guests. When I asked to use my small deposit that I left earlier to purchase bottle of water, he answered that he does not see any proof of my money left with front desk. Very next day "morning" administrator showed me clear message on the screen of the existing deposit. Location of the hotel confuses drivers coming to pick up guests.

Great value for the money No kettle at the room but you can get free tea at the reception

I really love the location and the staff of this hotel. They are very friendly and polite and the bed is great and comfy. Also, thanks for the free apple upon check in.

The room was decent size, clean , heated. In my room personally, there was no view per se, but that's expected of the prize I was paying.

Very big and clean room, comfortable bed and bathroom. Even microwave oven is in the room.

Walking around easy to find good restaurants for coffee and grocery stores as well Room was awesome and good part i got room on ground floor I am not happy with breakfast

Wonderful, friendly staff are the best part of this hotel This is a tired, old hotel desperately in need of updating. The rooms are ridiculously small and worn out. The tiny shower is moldy, rusty, and if you’re taller than 1.7 m, good luck reaching your toes. Cannot recommend
