Hotel Chi

This Hotel is an absolute disgrace, they have stolen money from me and refused to issue a refund even though i haven't even slept there for one night. I had a reservation for a week and a half and upon arrival i have decided to leave the establishment because the room had a strong stench of mold. I was offered by the reception an alternative room but i refused and left immediatley. After i wrote an email to the front desk manager she answered me in a disgraceful and condescending way and didn't accept to offer even a partial refund. I have never met any worse customer service from a hotel in my life, the managment of this hotel is below shameful, it's criminal and there is a lawsuit coming soon too. I wholeheartedly recommend staying away from this place, there are much better options in Barcelona with better value and quality as well. Disgraceful! Nothing good can be said about this place, it's horrendous!

Very nice hotel and clean rooms and hour reception was good. Good value for a cheaper option. We should have had an airport taxi waiting for us as part of the deal with Chi with Booking.com as we gave our flight details in but no body was there to meet us unfortunately so we were disappointed with this not being met.

Clean, modern rooms with functional and decent sized bathrooms. Great bed too. The front desk clerk who checked us in was quite rude. The rooms are a bit small too.

Location is really good, the service at the desk is superb, really kind and accommodating staff, and the room was super clean. I always love to stay in this hotel. Highly recommend. All good

room and the hotel are very clean, rom is beautiful and renovated, bathroom is very beautiful with a wonderful cascade-style shower. breakfast was great and there is a metro station in each corner of the hotel block. the staff is very nice and prestative. there was no free parking (they said all the spots were used), so we had to leave the car in a parking they have a partnership, that is 2 blocks away and if you pay directly to the hotel, it costs 24 euros for each 24h. This was the only drawback of this hotel in my opinion.

-the location is very good, once can get off/on aerobus two blocks away, also there is metro stop nearby and not to mention supermarkets - there is coffee or tea maker at the room -shampoos provided are really bad, makes your hair feel like straw -the pillows are absolutely useless, your head just sink into it.

The front desk staff and the breakfast area staff were excellent. The location was great. The breakfast buffet was great and well worth the money. My only real complaint is that the air conditioning was supposed to be working and it really was not. It was unseasonably warm so I just opened the door/window and kept it open during most of the stay. I would definitely stay there again! SEE ABOVE RE A/C. It wasn't really working.

Very very clean, great bed and bedding. Room was a good size for Barcelona. Very convenient location. Hotel seems brand new, check in and check out were very smooth. I know Barcelona is pricey but seemed expense for a hotel with basic services. Not much on charm but that's ok for me (it's very modern and minimal.) Front desk was not able to lend me a U.S. adaptor - I know that's not their job but I do think most hotels can either provide that or direct you to where you can buy one.

Clean No kettle in the room

Its location was very good, it’s right near to the metro station. Its easy to arrive to the city center in like 5-10 minutes. Hotel was very clean, chique and modern. Services are very fast and sufficient. The breakfast was not that sufficient. They don’t have enough options. It’s totally okay but not perfect, they could have more options. They don’t have hotel slippers so we had to use our shoes out be barefoot which is not good if you walk a lot or if the weather is cold.

I like the small quant but elegant arrangements. The time spent there was beautiful for my wife and I. We felt like we had a good taste of what Barcelona was. I have no response to this. I have nothing to identify that I did not like.

Clean and quiet. Liked the location as it felt safe and away from crowds.

The location and staff were excellent We could not get out AC to work but we were able to get comfortable with opening our balcony door to cool off

I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Chi. The location is excellent, right next to the Rocafort metro station and within walking distance of Plaça d’Espanya, making it easy to explore Barcelona. The room was clean, modern, and quiet, with a comfortable bed and good amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooftop pool was a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing. One minor downside is that the rooftop pool area is quite small, and the rooms do not have coffee or tea facilities, which would have been convenient.

Room was roomy! No thermostat which was fine because we opened the window to get fresh air. This may be an issue in the summertime if it gets very hot/humid. Room offered coffee (!) and had lotion and conditioner :) Breakfast was very nice. A room with a view would have been nice. No thermostat may be an issue if you get too hot or too cold. No complaints, though, otherwise.
